This place was so good for breakfast. The angus rib braise on top of crunchy hashbrowns; the açaí beach bowl came with yogurt fruits and scoops of açaí. Our friend had salted caramel latte with macadamia milk which was amazing! They are definitely going back. We also ordered the chilaquiles with pork carnitas with both red and green sauce which was kind of meh. The maple fried chicken was delicious - salty and crunch and sweet at the same time. Very reasonable prices - for three breakfast items plus latte plus OJs plus a berry smoothie - it was $106. Our server Nikko gave us great service- funny but doesn’t hover. Overall much better and less crowded other breakfast places!
Shore House Kitchen holds a truly special place in my heart because it is one of my absolute favorite brunch spots in all of North County. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu … I have never, not once, had a bad meal here. The short rib Cardiff Crack Benedict is probably my personal favorite thing on the menu (it is unreal), but please also order the giant dirty cinnamon roll. Get one to share with your whole table. You will not regret it. The avocado toast, the burritos, the Benedicts.. it's all just so good. They have an extensive drink menu with unique lattes, and the patio is dog-friendly, which I love. The only little challenge is that it's first-come, first-served, so it can get busy, but it is absolutely worth the wait. Just go. Go right now if you can.

Excellent breakfast. My short rib hash was so good. My wife's crispy parmesan risotto benedict was excellent. Fresh squeezed orange juice too.

Nikko did a great job taking care of our table. My husband had the short rib and potato cake plate which was really good and I had the beach bowl with vanilla bean yogurt. The portions were big and had great flavor. I got a caramel latte on ice and it was not anything I would get again as it tasted like weak chocolate milk. That is only reason for the 4 star review. This is our 3rd time here and we will be back as the food is awesome. There was even a dog having a birthday and there is a dog menu here so he got a special bowl and meal. So cute!

I love Shorehouse Kitchen in Carlsbad. The food is always fresh, the service is friendly and the drinks are delicious. Plus they are very dog friendly so my bubs and I walk out there regularly so I can get the parmesan cake Benedict’s and lavender honey cortado or dirty spiced chia latte and he can get all the sniffs.
