Great American food restaurant. The atmosphere is great interior design is on point. The service was stellar drinks and food on point, with waitress perfectly on vibe.
The food was very good I had a med meat cheese burger with the truffle cheese fries. The fries were fantastic, don't bother with any of the others they have. Burger was large and very good but with one exception, too much salt.
Coworker had the salmon which was prepared and cooked perfectly with a steak like taste and feel. Also had the wings that were fantastic in his words.
Overall a fantastic restaurant, don't skip this one..
Their lunch happy hour menu is pretty good. I got fish and chips. The fish was fresh and the French fries had nice seasoning. They have a really nice outdoor seating area we used. The server was really nice but it was difficult to get their attention if we needed something.

If you're in Carlsbad, Eureka! is an absolute must-visit.
From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is special. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit. The interior is beautifully designed, spotless, and full of character, creating a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home. Even the restrooms are thoughtfully decorated with surf-inspired artwork, adding to the authentic Southern California feel. The outdoor seating area is also fantastic and a great place to relax, but the inside of the restaurant is truly something special.
The food is outstanding. Everything we ordered was delicious, but the Eureka! Burger was definitely the highlight. The fig jam on the burger is an incredible touch—unique, perfectly balanced, and unlike anything I've ever had anywhere else. And don't leave without trying the cheesecake; it was absolutely amazing and one of the best I've had.
The staff deserves just as much praise. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.
As an added bonus, they offer a 20% military discount, which is a wonderful gesture of appreciation.
Overall, Eureka! is much more than just a great restaurant. Between the incredible food, the beautiful atmosphere, and the outstanding service, it's the kind of place that makes you feel at home. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back.

What a treat! Our family really enjoyed our dinner and the fantastic service. We highly recommend the Korean Beef “Frachos”, the Fresno Fig Burger, Umami Melt Burger, and Steak Frites. We’ll be back!

My husband and I love Hoppy hour here! The burger is delicious and the drinks are great. I just wanna come back and try the rest of the menu!
