This restaurant is hands down the best in Encinitas. From our perspective, best restaurant in all of San Diego. Every element of the experience was a pleasure. Not only was each dish served like artwork, but the flavor and texture of every bite was worthy of closing your eyes just to savor every bite. The owner and chef came to say hello. The staff were amazing throughout and just absolutely nailed it. And you can tell they are a happy tribe. GREAT vibes. I am truly amazed. WELL DONE ATELIER MANNA!!!!!
Atelier Manna had been on my list for a while, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations. The service was warm, attentive, and welcoming, making for such a relaxed and enjoyable brunch experience.
Our favorites were the Turkish eggs, steak and tortilla, torrija (Spanish French toast), and the Greek yogurt panna cotta. We also loved trying the different vitality tonics, which were a fun and refreshing addition to the meal.
Everything was beautifully presented, thoughtfully prepared, and made with obvious care.

This was an outstanding brunch experience. The entire staff and kitchen team (when we went inside to pay) was friendly, relaxed, and welcoming. Our server, Cate, was lovely throughout the meal experience.
The menu is small, but based on our experience and watching food arrive at the tables adjacent to us, everything seems to be phenomenal. Every dish we had was incredible as were the N/A tonics.
We had the Zanzibar and Goldenrod and each were a great accompaniment to the meal. We split the Pork Roulade and Ancient Grains porridge. Both dishes were outstanding, fully of unique flavors and, and beautifully presented. The French toast looked incredible as it arrived at other people's tables. We finished our brunch with the pistachio bread pudding, which was phenomenal, a wonderful way to end the meal on a sweet, nutty, bread pudding mixed with the creme fraiche.
Highly recommend Atelier Manna for the vibe, the staff, and the food!

A truly unique breakfast/brunch/lunch experience! The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is great! Sitting on the patio is very relaxing and adds to the overall atmosphere. Limited seating, so I recommend a reservation. Make sure someone at the table gets the French toast…it’s amazing! Enjoy!!

Food was excellent (10/10).
We got the Duck Confit, Turkish eggs and pistachio bread pudding. Duck confit and cilbir (turkish eggs) were really really good. The bread pudding had a great texture but sour taste and had chopped kiwis in it that didn’t go with the entire dish. Their NA drink with turmeric in it was okay. I might try the other ones next time.
Service could be more attentive. We were there for our anniversary and had shared this while booking, but it wasn’t acknowledged, even though nearby birthday tables were.
