We had such an amazing experience! The creamy espresso martini was absolutely on point, and the prawns came in the most delicious sauce with tasty bread for soaking up every last drop. The seafood paella was incredible—especially the scallops, which were buttery-soft and cooked to perfection.
Zabi was amazing and so attentive throughout our meal. He truly took great care of us! Cole at the bar was also fantastic. We can’t wait to come back!
We had absolutely amazing experience at this place. It was our first time. Not sure why we haven’t heard of it before. We ordered beat salad, short ribs paella as well as sea food paella. Everything was delicious. Definitely coming back to try other foods on the menu.
Another thing I’d like to highlight how clean the whole establishment was. Spotless. Beautiful.
The young man who attended our table, Esteban, was wonderful, very attentive, informative.

Visited to celebrate a birthday. Although I had requested indoor seating when making the reservation, we were initially assigned an outdoor table and had to wait a bit to be moved inside.
As for the food, the jamón flight and Basque cheesecake were both good (though the jamón portion was quite small), while the seafood paella was just okay.
Given that the restaurant specifically asked if we were celebrating a special occasion when we booked ( and told them birthday dinner), We expected some decorations on the cheese cake, but nothing happened
On the plus side, parking was incredibly easy.

this is one of my favorite restaurants in San Diego County. We had amazing service from Bailey. The food was amazing. Sometimes you go to places where things will be hit and miss. Every single thing we had here was incredible. My personal favorite were the croquettes. My girlfriend really liked the tart, and I also thought it was great each food had a very great combination of flavors, with a really good balance of sour, smoky, salty, sometimes spicy or sweet. We didn’t take Bailey’s recommendation for the carrots, but after trying everything, I wish we would have and the cocktails were really good, and the wine was great too. Sometimes you go to places, even more upscale places, and their cocktails are just a little bit too sour, sweet, and leave a little bit of that stickiness in your throat. You don’t get that here at all. Wow this place was absolutely amazing. I cannot wait to go here again.

12/10 !! I can't believe it took me this long to try this restaurant. Went here for dinner and it was phenomenal! Service was outstanding. Our server guided us thru the menu, answered our questions, and we had one of the most unique and delicious dinners I have had in a very long time.
Each dish is imaginative, uses fresh and vibrant ingredients , and was absolutely delicious! We ordered several small plates and tapas. We got the tomato toast, grilled avocado dish served with homemade corn tortillas, a wild mushroom dish that was also a work of art to look at, and the stacked potato dish was out of this world. We also got an amazing cheese, pear and spicy honey tapas and the roasted beet salad. The red sangria was delicious and a perfect accompaniment.
The paellas sounded amazing, and I will definitely try next time.
We were tempted to get dessert, but we were too full.
This restaurant is a true gem, and I will definitely be back !
