I’ve gotta say, from the time I walked in, until I paid the bill, it was a stellar experience! I was greeted well, I had just come in for an afternoon snack & a drink. It was my first time here and the waitress at the bar right away told me about the menu, specials, happy hour and told me that they are known for their homemade Burrata Bread. She offered me a free Burrata bruschetta to try…I what you see here…I’m definitely going to be coming back here before 6p and their happy hour ends…Shaila was great and I look forward to how the full dinner experience goes.
Postino Del Mar was the perfect meal for a sunset beach dinner. We grabbed our food to go, including a bottle of wine, and enjoyed everything with an ocean view. The beef and chicken skewers were incredibly tender and flavorful, and that tzatziki yogurt sauce was so tasty! The new herb fries were crispy and addictive, and you can never go wrong with one of their classic boards- personal fav the apple, Brie and fig bruschetta! Great food, great wine, and a beautiful Del Mar beach backdrop made for a perfect experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Postino Del Mar is consistently delicious with a trendy, welcoming atmosphere—great for groups or a casual meal with a friend. I booked a lunch reservation for seven, and we were seated at a spacious outdoor table perfect for sharing.
I’ve tried most of the menu—cauliflower, grilled cheese, bruschetta boards, paninis, salads, and soups—and everything has been great. The grilled cheese bites with the smooth, warm tomato soup are especially perfect.
Parking is easy during the day but fills up at night, so arriving about 10 minutes early helps.
Big shoutout to Alex, our amazing server. He was gracious, knew the menu well, kept track of our large group’s orders, and his recommendations were spot on. Ask him for his favorite bruschetta picks!

Such a cute spot with an AMAZING team. Friends and I had dinner at the bar here on a Saturday night and we had an amazing time. The food was great, and the wine & cocktails were even better! Shaila, the bartender, took such great care to understand what types of food and wines we liked, which made it so much easier to choose from the menu and made the experience feel really personalized.
Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for great food, drinks, and an inviting atmosphere. JD and Shaila have the best customer service and truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. We’ll definitely be back!

Ordered through Uber Eats and just needed to write my review on here that’s how disappointing the food was.
I love fresh food and don’t always have time to cook it, just got back from 12 hours of flying from airport to airport today, hoping to have some good warm food and this was just on the level of hospital food.
Completely unseasoned overcooked chicken about three pieces of it with some beef and they charge you $22 for it. It’s just disrespectful at this point really disappointed with this food.
