Mixed experience. The oysters were only really good paired with the pesto ice — decent on their own, but that combo was the standout. Both the lamb and beef came out slightly overcooked, which was disappointing for the price point. Wine was priced at roughly 3x retail, quite steep. Service was attentive, though it felt geared more toward securing a bigger tip than genuine hospitality. Some creative touches, but execution and value need work.
Well I did not think I would love this place going into it, but with this said this is a very nice restaurant the food is absolutely awesome it was probably the best rack of lamb I've ever had. Everyone in here was very nice right from walking into the door to the table and back out to the door. They have interesting drinks here. Our waiter was very good also and seemed to have a lot of knowledge of the menu. We definitely ordered too much food but good thing is we had enough for dinner the next day. One last thing the views here are very stunning.

Wow. Listen, I didn't know what to expect from a golf-themed restaurant, but Ember and Rye completely swept me off my feet. The view alone is worth the drive, and then the food and wine list walked in and just floored me. The service was genuinely wonderful, warm, attentive, all of it. And the seafood tower? I'm not even exaggerating when I tell you I have never in my life seen shrimp that big. I was shooketh. A couple in our group who got the steak felt it was just okay, but my veal dish was absolutely incredible. This is the kind of place you go for a date night or to celebrate something that deserves a really beautiful evening. Highly recommend!

Five stars for Jeremiah and Josiah!
They made our experience truly exceptional. Jeremiah’s recommendations were spot on, and every dish we ordered exceeded expectations. The 16 oz. boneless ribeye was cooked perfectly, and the sides and dessert were just as impressive.
Josiah was equally attentive and made sure everything flowed seamlessly throughout the evening. Both of them were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about the experience we were having.
Top-tier service paired with incredible food. We will absolutely be back.

Ordered kids mac and cheese, dry age rib eye and beef cheek. Both of the meat were cooked to perfection, one of the best steakhouse i been to around the world. Price is reasonable for the portion at such a high end place. Atmosphere, table, decoration is fine, just service was a bit slow on a not very busy thursday. The complimentary croissant instead of bread is just amazing, warm, crispy, just the right size.
Would recommend people to come try especially if they stay at the park hyatt.
