Carlotta Brunch

I’ve heard a lot about this women-owned gem and drove up from South Bay to try it. It didn’t disappoint. I was greeted the moment I stepped in and was told to grab a menu, take a seat and come back to the register to place my order. My boyfriend has a sweet tooth so he ordered the Tres Leches French Toast, I ordered the Panela Sandwich (added chicken), and we shared the Corn Pancakes. The atmosphere is inviting and colorful. While waiting for our food we noticed the once empty pastry case being filled with homemade muffins that look so appetizing we made sure to take one home. Back to the food, it was really good and at a great price. Our favorite was the Tres Leches French Toast, highly recommend! I love the Pamela Sandwich because of the new flavors I got to try (pistachio pesto?! Who knew!) and the corn pancakes are an elote lovers dream. You can tell a lot of thought went into the presentation of each dish. Will definitely be back soon!

Today was our first time having breakfast here, and we really enjoyed it. We ordered the Tres Leches French Toast, which was delicious, and the Poblano Omelette, which we also really liked. We also tried one of their homemade corn muffins, and it was easily a 10/10. We’ll definitely be coming back😊

This little gem opened up seemingly overnight and has blown our expectations out of the water. Every dish we ordered was fantastic, and every staff member we interacted with had a smile on their face. PLEASE stop by Carlotta to have a wonderful brunch that will leave you satisfecho.

The tres leches toast was awesome 👍 cafe de olla is great. also tried the banana chocolate chip muffins and carrots muffin 🤤 so good it had just came out the oven. Would recommend they have waiter service and aguas frescas. Would definitely return
