I was staying at the hotel so we dropped by for dinner, breakfast, and happy hour throughout the long weekend. I was here end of December, right before Christmas.
Hemingway was great for a hotel restaurant. Don't expect a Michelin star experience - probably a tad better than Applebee's. I had no issues with service or the quality of food. They do play the Eagles game at the bar area and there's a live DJ over the weekend. Plan accordingly.
We wanted happy hour but was sat at the dinner area. The server didn't look thrilled but the manager said it was okay since the bar was full.
If I wasn't given resort cash to spend at the restaurant, I probably would've tried other dining areas off-property.
Dropped a few pics of what we had. Clam chowder had probably 3-4 pieces of clams -sad.
We went to Hemingway's to celebrate our 34th Wedding Anniversary. All the wait staff and managers like Kevin, Christian and Bar Manager, Bill were so wonderful! They treated us like family. We felt so special. The food and service was exceptional! We plan on going back very soon. Hemingway's has become our favorite place!

Not sure if it was a bad night or something but the food was not up to par based on the reviews as this is why we picked this establishment to dine. First the appetizer, i had the tuna tartare which states sushi graded, not sure what that means but the Tuna was not fresh, tasted frozen and cut up to pieces. My wife had the seven cheese onion soup, that was delicious. Second our entre, I had the stuffed flounder with lump crab meat, the dish was fine, nothing special, the best part was the mash potatoes. My wife had the steak medium well, it came out lukewarm, our server apologized and brought it back to the kitchen, came out warmer, but its close to well done and the seasoning was missing, again the best part is the mash potatoes. My wife took probably 3 to 4 bites of the steak and just finish the mashed potatoes only. Other than that place is nice and atmosphere was good

We celebrated our anniversary here last week. Every detail was perfect! The hostess greeted us as if we were her part of her family. Christian, our waiter, was attentive and helpful with menu recommendations. The manager stopped by our table with anniversary greetings! The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the sliders appetizer and prime rib main course. Definitely looking forward to our next visit!

We recently had an incredible dining experience that truly touched our hearts. When the restaurant graciously comped our entire family's dinner in honor of my husband's Coast Guard uniform, we were completely overwhelmed by their generosity and gratitude for his service. It's rare to find a business that goes out of their way to show appreciation like that, and it meant the world to our family.
Beyond the incredible act of kindness, the meal itself was outstanding. The portions were absolutely enormous — we left stuffed and honestly could have shared! The food was delicious from start to finish, and the service was attentive, warm, and genuinely made us feel like family from the moment we walked in.
This is the kind of place that reminds you what community is all about. We will absolutely be back, and we can't recommend this restaurant enough. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for honoring our servicemember and for an unforgettable evening!
