Best Espresso Martini I’ve Ever Had — And They Do NOT Skimp on the Alcohol!
Juliet Cocktail Room inside The Venetian was one of my favorite cocktail stops in Las Vegas. If you love a great espresso martini, GO HERE.
I ordered an espresso martini and can easily say it was the best espresso martini I have ever had. It was absolutely beautiful when it arrived—the thick, creamy foam on top, coffee beans for garnish, and that perfect dark espresso layer underneath. But it wasn't just pretty. The flavor was fantastic: rich, smooth, creamy and coffee-forward without being overly sweet.
And fair warning: this is a STRONG cocktail! 😂 They definitely do not skimp on the alcohol. You could taste that it was a properly made, full-strength drink, but it was still incredibly smooth and balanced. That's not always easy to pull off with an espresso martini.
The atmosphere at Juliet is another reason I'd recommend it. It has a dark, sophisticated, sexy lounge feel that is a completely different experience from sitting at a typical casino bar. The décor is upscale and intimate, the illuminated bar is gorgeous, and it feels like somewhere you actually want to sit, relax and enjoy your drink rather than just grab a cocktail and leave.
Juliet is located right on The Venetian casino floor between CHICA and Noodle Asia, so it's also incredibly convenient if you're staying at The Venetian or Palazzo. They have a full craft cocktail program and live entertainment, and the lounge transitions into more of a nightlife atmosphere later in the evening.
Like most upscale cocktail lounges on the Las Vegas Strip, the drinks aren't cheap—but this was one cocktail I felt was worth it. When I'm paying Vegas prices, I want something memorable, well-made and strong enough that I don't feel like I'm paying for a glass of mixer. Juliet delivered.
Excellent Cocktail room with some of the highest quality libations on the strip. My experience here was unparalleled with all the other cocktail rooms. The staff is also very attentive and always anticipated what we needed despite the crowds of people in the room. i Recommend this venue, especially for private events. The atmosphere and service is conducive to conversations.

This was my second time back to the Venetian in the past few years and this time around I decided I wanted to spoil my wife and kid and made it a 3-day vacation. Whereas most properties make it a place to sleep, The Venetian makes it an experience. From the extremely clean rooms, to the spotless hotel lobby and casino floor (I don't know how they do it), to the manicured pools (one of the 4th floor and the Garden Pool on the 10th floor), this hotel has won our return business.
I feel I need to disclose that I was a part of the opening team of that property in 1999 and back then the hotel had set the bar so high every new property had to follow suit. I wondered if the hotel would meet those expectations, well it exceeded them. I had the family in tow so once I was able to break away with the wife for some adult time, we stopped into the "Juliet Lounge" for a few drinks and was taken care of by a wonderful server, Ashley. I worked in the high-end, luxury and lounge industry for almost two decades so while trying not to have any expectations, I am always aware of the details. Ashley's soft but strong introduction set the tone for what I knew was going to be a relaxing experience. She's witty and her knowledge of the menu and recipes for the drinks, helped in my wife settling on a drink she was extremely happy with. I wanted to thank her for that because she doesn't know how much she saved me from if that whole experience had not gone right lol. Ashley was definitely part of that positive experience for us so if you're in town, staying at The Venetian or not, make The Juliet lounge a stop and ask for Ashley to take care of you. And if she does, TIP her BIG!

$250 to sit at table because the World Cup is on is what the hostess said who could have cared less. Every TV in the casino is playing the world cup right now so I'm not sure what made their tables so special or we could stand at the bar or get a to-go cup. If I'm paying $20 plus for a cocktail I'd like to at least enjoy it sitting down. We found another bar to enjoy a cocktail sitting down.

Our friends enjoyed their old fashioned quite a bit they ordered three of them. I really enjoyed my strawberry daiquiri on the rocks. My husband said the lemon drops were quite good. I really enjoyed the owl cup my fruit and basil came in. The fruit and basil drink itself was okay. Olivia was the one serving us last night around 5:00. She did a great job despite how pack the place was. Thank you Olivia for the excellent service.
