Came for the fried chicken but ended up loving the Medjool Date Cake, street corn, and the tacos. The fried chicken was kind of disappointing to be honest.
We were seated in the back dining room which was just as everyone has described in reviews. It’s a bit dark and definitely loud. I do love that they have a DJ, but it was definitely harder to have a conversation. Seems like a great late night spot!
The service was just okay. She was as polite as the job needed which was fine.
The front of the restaurant looks like a bodega. Loved that aesthetic. I would recommend making reservations. I went in with no expectations and enjoyed our dining experience.
Been wanting to come here for some time. Finally had an opportunity to try Roy Choi’s food. I was not disappointed. In my opinion, the chef’s menus are the best value and a great opportunity to try a little of a lot of things. The kalbi was the standout to me. I could not believe how tender it was. Some of the best I’ve had.
The restaurant itself is gorgeous and the vibe inside is fun and electric. The staff are great and have great recommendations. I had a great experience and I can now say I feel like Roy Choi is my new best friend.

What a great place. Went Saturday night, 430 reservation. Seated right away. Cool, dark atmosphere and the servers all wear Adidas track suits which is a neat touch. Cynthia was our server and could not have been sweeter or more helpful, great outgoing personality and maintained that great balance of being attentive but still giving us time to eat and enjoy.
We started with pickled cucumbers which is more like kimchi than pickles, loved it.
My pork bowl was great, very tender although i don't cxare for the anise and will get that left out next time. We girlfriend had eggplant and sticky ribs and really enjoyed them (I tried the eggplant too and liked it).
Neat place in the Park MGM

An amazing dining experience. The flavors of the food are all so unique and wonderful.EVERYTHING was top notch. My taste buds are so happy right now. Our server Austin went above and beyond.
The slippery shrimp is such a contrasting dish of flavors that it’s great! Our buttermilk fried chicken was the greatest surprise and was my favorite chicken in several years. There is a famous steakhouse in Las Vegas that is known for their Caesar salad. I think chef Roy Choy may have as good or better of a Caesar salad to knock the king off the throne.

We started with the Bachan Sampler which included an assortment of pickled items. The items included kimchi, radishes, broccoli, cucumbers, watermelon and esabeche. Each item has lots of flavor. The watermelon, cucumbers, and broccoli were my favorites. The others had a little too much heat. For my entree I ordered the short rib tacos and I got the salsa roja and salsa verde on the side so I can add the amount I want on the tacos. I like how they had two tortillas for each taco so the juices don’t destroy the integrity of the tortillas. The chili soy slaw was delicious. The short rib was chopped which made it easy to eat in each taco. Some of the short ribs were tender and some were not. Our server, Brandon, did a good job. The only service issue was when the hostess wanted us to sit at a 2top table which was next to a 4top that had 4 people sitting there and the restaurant was 15% filled. She wasn’t happy that I wanted a different table that wasn’t on top of other patrons. We really liked the upbeat vibe of the restaurant.
