After watching his shows and his attitude, I thought empty vessels make much noise, but I was wrong on every single level. With this kind of talent, he is worthy to be mean. What an amazing food experience. The Beef Wellington was so perfect I wish I could get one more, but my credit card didn't agree. We had some drinks which were regular, onion soup, roasted shrimp, crispy skin salmon, Beef Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding. The onion soup was amazing and it was supposed to contain lobster, but I couldn't find any :). Roasted shrimp with a base of polenta and roasted garlic was another highlight. The salmon was meh, but the Wellington was worth every penny (7,400 pennies). And don't forget to end with one of the best sticky toffee puddings. The waiters, service staff, and manager were attentive and friendly. The hostess checking people in might have eaten undercooked beef, as she didn't smile for anyone.
We had a memorable dining experience at Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor.
Our visit didn’t start perfectly. We had a reservation, arrived on time, and our table was ready, but we weren’t seated because one member of our party was still on the way, even though they were only a few minutes away. We also noticed that one of the spoons at our table was not clean.
However, what truly made the difference was how the management handled the situation. They sincerely apologized, listened to our concerns, and generously removed all of our appetizers and desserts from the bill as a gesture of goodwill. We genuinely appreciated their professionalism and their willingness to make things right.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what matters is how they’re resolved. The outstanding food, the excellent recovery by the management, and their commitment to customer satisfaction turned our experience around. We would happily return and recommend Hell’s Kitchen to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

As a huge Gordon Ramsay fan, I'm thrilled to say the Beef Wellington is the best dish I’ve ever had. It’s perfectly soft, juicy, and a great portion! The lobster risotto was a close second (just wish the portion was a bit bigger). The onion soup tasted great but was a little watery.
Our branzino came out dry at first, but our waitress kindly had it remade. The second one wasn't dry, but it was unfortunately way too salty. We didn't want to send it back the second time so we just ate it. At the end, she sweetly offered us a free bread pudding to make up for it! It was a bit too sweet, but the gesture was amazing.
The prices are kinda steep, but hey, it's Vegas baby. Pro tip: Come with a group of friends so you can order more of the menu and split the bill. Excellent service overall, and I'll definitely be back again for the beef Wellington, risotto, and also to try the scallops and coconut 3-way next time.

Make sure you book a reservation ahead of time! Definitely a fun experience, the inside is similar to the show with the red vs. blue sides. The food was good and the experience is great. Definitely recommend getting the sticky toffee pudding - not huge dessert people but it was the highlight of the food. We also got the salmon and beef wellington. Beef wellington was ok - it was a bit tiny especially for the price.

My wife and I stopped by Hell’s Kitchen on a Thursday evening without a reservation and were pleasantly surprised to get seats at the bar after only a short wait.
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fantastic. Even though it wasn’t particularly busy, the restaurant felt lively and engaging. The staff were excellent throughout the evening, and our bartender was especially great - friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to interact with.
We had the scallops, burrata salad, and the truffle mac & cheese. The scallops were absolutely perfect and easily the highlight of our evening.
As a vegetarian, my options were a bit more limited. The only other off-menu option available was a cauliflower steak, which I wasn’t in the mood for, but the burrata salad and mac & cheese were both excellent and beautifully presented.
What made this meal stand out even more was that we had dined at Ramsay’s Kitchen at Harrah’s the night before and left disappointed by the food. The risotto felt overcooked and poorly seasoned, the oysters were so salty that we couldn’t finish them, and even the sticky toffee pudding seemed undercooked. The service team there was wonderful, but the food simply didn’t feel like it lived up to the Gordon Ramsay name.
As longtime Gordon Ramsay fans, our experience at Hell’s Kitchen was everything we had hoped for. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere.
We genuinely hope the team behind the Ramsay brand takes a look at the food quality at Ramsay’s Kitchen.
We came in a little skeptical after the night before and left wishing we’d been hungry enough to experience more of the menu. We’ll absolutely be back.
