Water Grill is tucked inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, and honestly it's the best meal we've had in Vegas — and we've had a few. My wife got the king crab legs, I went with the steak, and we shared a side of asparagus. Everything was excellent, but the crab legs and asparagus genuinely stood out — some of the best I've had, full stop.
Our server Tanakrit was a highlight on his own. Super attentive and kept checking in on us even when the kitchen was running behind — exactly what you want when you're waiting on a nice meal.
The atmosphere is fantastic too. Think upscale but with this warm, old-school premium feel to it — great lighting, nice bathrooms, the whole package. Nothing to complain about.
If you're staying near Caesars or just passing through, this is a strong recommend. It can get pricey depending on what you order, but there's a solid range of options — especially if you're into oysters or cold seafood. Worth every dollar.
I have to say, I travel the world and I eat seafood everywhere. This place blew my mind with all of the different varieties of every kind you can imagine, including live king crab inside the restaurant! The muscle muscles were out of this world, Ernesto‘s service was top-notch probably the best I’ve received them the year from anybody! Hands-down, this is the best oyster place in Las Vegas! Ashton, the manager was very attentive to needs as well! I will be back hands-down, the best seafood place in Las Vegas!!

just a quick light lunch and foot resting time during lunch time. elegant atmosphere inside the mall, moose level is low surprisingly; jose our server was very professional and attentive. the cocktails were very good w premium brands u need to try the night at Osaka (whiskey) and the awakening (gin), the oyster selections from pacific to atlantic; very fresh and clean to serve. the salad was freshly cut and the dressing was well balanced not to strong; the clam chowder is a bit disappointing too sweet and small portion if $16 value; the shrimp pasta was average the pasta was not aldonte and the shrimp was a bit soft soft
in general ; a good place to chill with spouse or friends after a long walk in the strip.

The Water Grill is an absolute must for anyone who loves top-quality fish and seafood. A great atmosphere, very friendly and knowledgeable service, fantastic cuisine, and an excellent selection of drinks set the stage for unforgettable evenings. In addition to the fantastic selection of oysters, I highly recommend the sea bass, which was a real highlight.
Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!

Great atmosphere in the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace. The food and service were excellent. If you like seafood I definitely recommend this restaurant. I had the Halibut cheeks for an appetizer and did not disappoint, which led me to order the Halibut as my main. Overall a great dining experience.
