From the cocktails to every course, everything was absolutely perfect. You could really feel the thought, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that went into every dish.
The cocktails were exceptional as well. The Melon & Grâce was incredibly aromatic from the very first sip, I was genuinely amazed by how fragrant, layered, and expressive it was. The Blush de Paris was wonderfully fruity and refreshing, with the gin pairing beautifully with the fresh citrus and fruit flavors without overpowering them.
The foie gras mousse was another standout. The pairing with nuts added so much aroma, texture, and complexity, making it feel much more layered than the typical foie gras mousse I’ve had elsewhere.
The escargots were equally impressive, the sauce tasted incredibly fresh and clean, with none of the muddled or overly heavy flavors I’ve encountered at many other well-known French restaurants. It was somehow refreshing and vibrant while still being deeply rich and complex. There were so many little details in the flavor that revealed themselves as you kept eating. Easily the best escargots I’ve had so far.
The Wellington was excellent as well, and honestly on a completely different level from the one I had at Hell’s Kitchen. The mushroom layer was especially memorable, deeply savory and aromatic, with an almost bone-marrow-like richness that became more pronounced the longer you chewed. It was on the saltier side, but surprisingly, that worked really well with the cocktails. The filet itself was cooked beautifully and had great flavor. I’ve only tried Wellington at a couple of places, but between the two, BARDOT’s was easily the more impressive one.
Absolutely one of the best dining experiences we had in Las Vegas — and easily our favorite meal of the trip!
The service was outstanding from beginning to end. Our server, Valerie, was wonderful: attentive, warm, and genuinely made us feel very well taken care of throughout the entire evening.
A special mention also has to go to Jason, the bartender. I asked for a Fitzgerald, which wasn’t on the menu, and he was kind enough to make an exception — and it was extraordinary. Perfectly balanced and honestly one of the best cocktails I’ve had in a long time.
For starters, we had the escargot and the tuna carpaccio. Both were very good, especially the carpaccio, although the real stars of the evening were definitely the main courses.
My husband ordered the grilled lamb chops, which were absolutely delicious, and I had the braised short ribs — genuinely some of the best short ribs I have ever had. They were unbelievably tender, practically melting in your mouth and falling apart the moment you touched them with a fork. I would come back just for that dish.
For sides, we ordered the gratin macaroni and the truffled mashed potatoes, and loved both. A little advice: the portions are generous! We ordered both thinking we would need two sides, but one would have easily been enough for the two of us.
Amazing food, exceptional service, and a wonderful overall experience. We had several great meals during our time in Vegas, but this was hands down our favorite. Valerie and Jason made the evening even more memorable. We would absolutely come back!

Excellent place! Went for brunch. Great staff, although a little overwhelmed with business. Live music.🎶 Fantastic food! The "French toast" is awesome, shareable, and IMO, a must have! All you can drink mimosas or sparkling wine is on the menu. Nice bar as well. We had a table overlooking the kitchen, which was really cool.

Our server, Adam K, was fantastic and made us feel special. His recommendations were spot on. Food was incredible. I had the most delicious flounder dish and I was surprised that as a person who lives on the coast of Florida that I found this flounder dish in the middle of the desert to be the best I ever had. Just had a great experience. Unfortunately my picture of my dish was blurry and not included in review. Sea bass picture is included and my spouse loved it. We have always gone to the famous brunch at Bardot and are so happy we discovered dinner here!

I’ve had breakfast here twice, I highly recommend but be warned, service takes a very long time! Both times I spent over an hour here so if you are in a rush, maybe skip this place. It’s perfect for a slow paced brunch. I must say the candied bacon was the best bacon I’ve ever had! It was so incredible! The perfect amount of sweet with the juicy bacon, yum!! I also got the salmon poached eggs on a croissant and it was perfect. Croissant was light and fluffy and the eggs were runny and delicious! Really quality food. Price was a little steep but honestly, it was worth it. Last time I went on a Sunday afternoon and they even had a live singer! It was wonderful! Just don’t expect to see your waitress very often.
