Store has been completely revamped. Opens at 8 AM, before most pharmacies, I was able to find everything I needed, from hygiene products to our favorite English Tea and Scottish cookies which happened to be on sale. Female store attendants were super helpful and kind. Fantastic option for someone traveling through London. Very nice area, lots of coffee, pastry and sandwich shops around.
I visit this store often as I live nearby, and I always have a pleasant experience. Today, I met an amazing lady called Ayosha, and I just had to mention how wonderful she was. She was so kind, helpful, and friendly, always greeting customers warmly with a lovely smile on her face. She even went out of her way to help pack my shopping into my trolley, which I really appreciated.
I truly admire her kindness and excellent customer service. She made my shopping experience even better. Everything in the store is always well organised, and all the other staff are helpful and friendly too.

Empty shelves, poor product availability, high prices. Avoid this place and go to the local Sainsbury’s / Tesco / M&S instead.
Visited yesterday (Wed 8th Oct) at 18:00 with a shopping list of pretty basic items, left the store with less than half of what I needed because all the shelves were empty. Fresh veg? Empty. Frozen berries? Empty. Ripe bananas? None. Tortilla chips? None. Basmati rice? None. Sour cream? None. Basic everyday items all out of stock and empty shelves everywhere you looked. Why is it like this in the middle of the week early in the evening? I could understand if it was 9pm on a Saturday evening or something. Is there some sort of stock crisis at Waitrose? I haven’t seen such poor availability or empty shelves since the pandemic 5 years ago.
Dinner was almost ruined, but thankfully Tesco Express round the corner had all the missing items in stock, and for cheaper, and that’s a much smaller store. There’s no point going to this Waitrose, it’s unreliable and has a poor range of goods. Sadly there isn’t another big supermarket in the area, but there are a few smaller Tesco Expresses and M&S Foods in walking distance which have better product availability, and there is a large Sainsbury’s at Finchley Road in driving distance with free customer parking. These are all better options.
Stopped by Waitrose for a quick snack after work and it was just what I needed. The store was calm, well-stocked, and easy to get in and out of without any hassle. Plenty of fresh and tasty options, perfect for a quick bite on the go.

The worst service when I order home delivery. I got the worse fruit and vege. It is not true that he staff choose like they choose for their home. I prefer goingy self. Sometimes I, just an not and every ti e I order online I gotta he worse. Also, thongs with expiry date I, always got the sooner one. They don't have the courtesy even to pick up something with longer expiry date. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
