Walked in, ordered on the self service machines. Order was freshly prepared and ready within 5 minutes; love the fact you can watch them make it! Burger was £13 but was delicious and staff were very friendly. However, the highlight of the show was the milkshake I had! After I had walked 11 miles, the milkshake hit the spot. Did cost me £8 though! It was stunning! Definitely recommended. However, bear in mind the London prices if your not from London!

Basically a fast food chain with very high prices. £6.15 for fries, £6.55 for a milkshake. They are larger portions than McDonald's but not sure it was good value.
Poor experience of enrolling to their loyalty scheme for free fries and ending up having to pay for them when the till glitched.

We had a great experience at Five Guys. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and appreciative. The food was fresh and of excellent quality. The security staff were also doing a great job. They kindly provided us with a baby seat, opened the disabled toilet for us, and gave access to the baby-changing facilities. Everything was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve never had a five guys so beyond the fact that each burger carried a price tag heavier than my dog’s adoption fee I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of the burgers. milkshake was a tad too sweet for me though. great place to dine after a late Phantom of the Opera at the nearby His Majesty’s Theatre, since it opens late.
