A well stocked range of products and a nice shop. The scales to weigh produce are always broken, more so now than ever. Underground car park like Mad Max, teenagers rollerskating and smoking, smell of urine, random sand dunes, etc…
Update: 1 week later all scales are still out of order. No attempt at maintenance made by staff!
This is a very large Sainsbury's that has everything you need. I highly recommend their hot chicken meals

incredibly slow, placed an order on uber eats 2 hours ago, no shopper has picked my order. Called the store, spoke to a man who sounded like he could barely be bothered to be at work let alone help me with my order, said it would be picked in “5mins”, 30 mins later still hasnt been picked!! guess im not eating today, might starve who knows x

Horrible shop. Overcrowded and understaffed. Expect zealous but ineffective security arrangements causing delays and annoyance. Discounts are minimal. 2 stars because the meal deal is decent

Whoever the Asian manager with the beard is, he doesn't have what it takes to deal with customers
I had a complaint in the clothes dept, a lady worker called the manager over, straight away he was aggressive with me and started scolding me about my complaint, I didn't even get to say what I wanted, his body language was angry and it put me aback, I said to him, "excuse me, why are you being so aggressive, look how angry you are" I'm sorry but this person is not equipped to work in retail or with members of the public, I even told him that I've worked in Customer Service my whole life, and the way he has spoken to me, I would never, and I've never spoken to one person like that in 45 years of Customer Service, he's absolutely disgusting, and taking to women like that. I feel so sorry for his wife!
