Customer Perception

Customers generally appreciate the restaurant's elegant, old-world ambiance and find the food, particularly the steaks and certain appetizers like Blue Point oysters and burrata, to be delicious. The wine list is also highly regarded. However, common criticisms include inconsistent service, with some experiences described as rushed or inattentive, and a perception that the high price point is not always justified by the overall experience. The dining room can also be quite loud, especially when the adjacent bar is busy, which can detract from an intimate or romantic setting.
