Customer Perception
Customer feedback highlights the Madison Hotel's exceptional catering and event staff (Tim, Joe, Rachael, Captain Sayeed, Jose, Charles) for their professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to ensure seamless events, particularly weddings and parties. The Conservatory venue is consistently praised as magical and breathtaking. While event food is generally well-received, the attached restaurant's food has been described by some as overpriced for its quality. Hotel rooms are considered average, and some guests found hotel staff interactions less friendly. Parking can be challenging due to frequent events, and Wi-Fi speed can be inconsistent. The hotel's location is noted as being somewhat isolated, making a car necessary for exploring the area.

Very nice hotel,
good rooms. My electric hookup for Keurig unplugged and couldn't reach needed room engineer to fix. Better than average breakfast fruit salad and jersey breakfast sandwich. Afternoon complimentary snacks and wine not mentioned at checkin. $20 daily voucher covers an appetizer at bar.
I stayed at the Madison Hotel with my daughter for her birthday Saturday night. We had the best time on our “sleepover staycation” and the team was wonderful.
Late last night as I put her to bed, I realized that the unthinkable had happened…. “Baby lamb”, her ratty, well loved toddler blankie that has never left her bed, had disappeared. With horror, I realized that it blended in with the sheets and we 100% left it in the bed when we checked out! I raced over last night and spoke to Danny at the front desk. He called all over, but Baby Lamb was nowhere to be found. He took my detail and promised to call around again today and give me an update.
Lo and behold, Danny called me today with the BEST NEWS. They located Baby Lamb and I am happy to report he is back in my possession and is no longer going to be taking hotel trips!! I also have one very happy and relieved daughter.
The Madison Hotel, amazingly kind housekeeping staff and super hero, Danny are truly the best! We are so lucky to have such a great hotel in our community. Thank you, thank you, thank you! This is a love letter to the Madison Hotel.

My husband and I got married at The Madison on July 11, 2024, after touring the venue the year before. We both have demanding careers, so we chose The Madison because it truly is a one stop shop. Having the catering, cake, bar, linens, chairs, and so much more all handled in one place made planning incredibly convenient.
Overall, we loved our wedding and would absolutely choose The Madison again. The bridal suite was wonderful, they let us access it the night before since there wasn’t another wedding, the rooms were clean, the cocktail hour food was amazing, the cake was delicious, and they were so accommodating by allowing us to take photos throughout the property. They’re also dog friendly, which was a bonus.
The biggest challenge was our original maître d. From our very first meeting, we were told to provide a $1,000 gratuity up front and that he would personally guide us through the planning process. Unfortunately, every interaction with him was stressful. I eventually hired a day of coordinator, who was surprised by what I described. Then, just 72 hours before the wedding, I was told he would no longer be our maître d and someone else would be taking over.
The replacement maître d did a great job, but one important detail was missed. My husband and I don’t drink alcohol, and because we also had family members in recovery, we requested a sparkling cider toast for everyone while still offering a full open bar. Instead, only we received sparkling cider while everyone else, including the kids’ table, was served champagne. It was one of the only custom requests we made, so that was disappointing.
The only other disappointment was that the complimentary one year anniversary stay couldn’t be postponed after we had our baby just days before our anniversary.
Even with those issues, The Madison gave us a beautiful wedding day, and we’re grateful for that. My advice to future couples is to confirm any special requests multiple times, especially in the final days before your wedding.

My honest review based on a recent party I hosted at the conservatory
Dear Madison Hotel Team,
I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank all of you for making my son Rishu’s first birthday celebration such a memorable and seamless experience. From start to finish, it was truly a pleasure working with your team.
Planning an event is rarely easy, but you all made it feel effortless. Beginning with Tim, who helped put together the initial contract so smoothly, to Rachael, who was incredibly collaborative in planning the menu and table layout, and Joe, who stepped in to coordinate last-minute details without missing a beat—every interaction was thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely helpful.
A special mention to Captain Sayeed, who was absolutely wonderful on the day of the event. His attention to detail, calm presence, and commitment to ensuring everything ran perfectly did not go unnoticed. He truly elevated the entire experience.
What stood out the most was how collaborative and accommodating everyone was. No request ever felt like too much, and your team consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right.
You are truly one of the best teams I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and I’m so grateful for the care and effort you put into making this celebration so special for our family.
Thank you once again—I look forward to working with you all again in the future.
