If you’re looking for an incredible gluten-free bakery, I can’t recommend Sweet Charli Girl enough! As someone with celiac disease, finding a cake that is both safe to eat and genuinely delicious can be a challenge, but they exceeded every expectation.
The tasting experience was so much fun—we got to mix and match several cake flavors, frostings, and fillings to find our favorite combinations. They made both my bridal shower cake and our wedding cake, and they were absolute highlights of each celebration. The flavor was incredible, the texture was perfectly moist (something that’s hard to find with gluten-free cakes), and every guest loved them—whether they ate gluten-free or not.
The decorating was absolutely beautiful and matched our vision perfectly. On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable for the quality they provide.
If you need a gluten-free cake for a wedding, special event, or really any occasion, Sweet Charli Girl is an easy recommendation. They made the entire process enjoyable, and we couldn’t have been happier with the final result.
I ordered the cat cupcakes for a graduation party and requested they be made to look like our cats. They did an absolutely fantastic job! Everyone immediately recognised them and the cupcakes were a hit with both the gluten free crowd and the non gluten free crowd. They were gone so fast I didn’t even get a chance to get a good picture. They were really responsive to my emails and they made pick up very easy. I’m excited to order from them again!

We absolutely loved working with Sweet Charli Girl for our wedding cakes!
We knew we wanted multiple cakes, but we weren’t entirely sure what we wanted them to look like. Rachel was incredibly patient, flexible, and creative throughout the entire process, helping us turn a few rough ideas into three beautiful and delicious cakes.
She created a traditional three-tier wedding cake with white cake and a lemon vanilla buttercream frosting, and i requested 3 unique tiers that were fun and different. I sent her a few images of ideas and the output was wonderful. I loved that each tier had its own unique design while still feeling cohesive.
She also made a chocolate-on-chocolate cake decorated with adorable strawberry “groomsmen,” which we loved! We sent her the image of what we wanted and she nailed it.
We also had a delicious cookie cake that was a huge hit with the guests. I verbally gave her an idea of the design and a rough sketch and I loved the way it turned out.
Not only were the cakes beautiful, but they tasted amazing. We received so many compliments from our guests and everyone was shocked they were gluten free! They couldn’t even tell
Rachel was easy to work with, responsive, flexible, and genuinely invested in helping us create something special. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience and highly recommend her to anyone looking for wedding cakes that are both stunning and delicious.

Gluten free lovers rejoice!
If you're like me and have a kiddo with multiple allergies, this place is an answer to your prayers. Just the fact that I was able to tell my little girl she can have pretty much any item on the menu was EVERYTHING.
Fully gluten-free, allergy conscious, knowledgeable staff, top-notch service, everything is labeled and did I mention it was dog friendly too? To top it off, the space is beautiful as well!
Will be patronizing regularly because we need places like this to stay open for our growing generation of kiddos with allergies. Don't hesitate, this place is worth it! And supporting local small businesses like these keeps Austin thriving 🧡

Sweet Charli Girl has been my go to gluten free cake / baked goods for years! They did an incredible job on my wedding cake, and just made the birthday cake of my dreams!! Rachel, the owner, is so kind and always quick to respond to any custom orders I have. Highly recommend!
