Actually, Kongsi is my favourite one ❤️🩹 I’ve been a regular and mostly order bubble tea from different locations.
But few months back I ordered a bubble tea and was really disappointed 🤦♀️ Never expected such a bad taste from Kongsi. The drink itself was bland and watered down.
Worst part was the boba pearls — there were barely any. It looks great from the outside, but when I poured the drink into the sink to check, the pearls were shockingly less. Felt like a total waste of money.
I still love Kongsi, which is why this experience hurt more. Hope the quality improves because this wasn’t the Kongsi I know !!🤦♀️😡
Had Alfonso mango w/coconut milk, Taiwanese boba tea and Green apple flav. popping bubble drink. Along with a 'brookie'
It was all perfect.
Service was top notch as always, added with sincere recommendations and careful preperation.

Loved the Strawberry Matcha Latte and Thai Bubble Tea with Cream Cheese — fresh, flavorful, and the boba was perfect! The Veg Korean Noodle Bowl and Paneer Sticks were delicious too. Great spot for authentic flavors.
