If you visit here - I 100% recommend the Chocolate Twist, made with incredible dark chocolate, bitter and full of flavour. The pastry itself was soft, buttery and crisp. Really delicious. I also purchased a box of 2 Lemon Curd Eclairs, I was disappointed with these, the Choux bun was very dry and could have done with more lemon curd inside. But what was inside was lovely and tart. The white chocolate drizzle on top all fell off. Some seating inside.
Amazing baked goods. Love the open-plan layout. The best cinnamon bun I've ever had (so incredibly fresh!), and the fruit danish never disappoints. The sourdough loaves are first class, and they make a great coffee too ☕😊

Amazing local bakery with lovely pastries freshly baked in the morning! The croissants are light and crispy. The pain au chocolat is to die for!! Cinnamon buns are tasty as well. It has a great spacious interior with an open kitchen set up where you can see the breads being made. The coffees also delicious!
UPDATE: tried the savoury pastries today - the sausage roll and cheesy croissants. Both were delicious also! The sausage was meaty and the pastry was super crispy - it was a definitely a premium sausage roll! The cheesy croissants was well complemented with some mustard too!

Wow!! I visited this morning and bought a baguette and mixture of pastries to try. I haven’t got through them all yet but can I just say, if you’ve got a sweet tooth and you’re only going to buy one thing, please buy a caramel cruffin…you will not regret it!! These have the perfect light, flaky croissant dough with the most amazing flavoured caramel cream which is throughout the whole cruffin. The lady serving was also very pleasant and happy which also makes a difference. Thank you to a wonderful bakery!

By far the best bakery in Horsham. Their Country Sour loaf is far superior to other sourdoughs. It's great to be able to see the bread at various stages of production too. It's just a shame that they often sell it mid-afternoon but that's just an indication of how amazing their bread is
