Came here to celebrate my husband's birthday. The dining space was comfortable and spacious, though it could get a little noisy and echoey. The table next to us was laughing at the top of their lungs.
We ordered the steak and fries, fried mushrooms, calamari, and the brown butter pasta with ribeye. The food was generally good. The steak was decent but slightly tough and not quite melt-in-your-mouth. I like the peppercorn sauce. It was my first time trying brown butter pasta and I enjoyed the rich, creamy, buttery flavour. Calamari and mushrooms were nice too!
One downside was the drinks, which felt quite expensive at over $7+ for a small cup. Overall, dining here is definitely on the pricier side, but the experience wasn't disappointing. Service was good too.
You can expect birthday celebration every 20 mins haha!
My last visit was when Chiko Pollo was still at Great Madras, and I was disappointed with the food quality back then. This visit was a pleasant surprise, and I think they have improved a lot since then. Still pricey, but definitely much better than before.
Came here after seeing so many great reviews on TikTok. The ambience was lovely and the food presentation was excellent but overall the experience was a little underwhelming.
We ordered the fish and chips ($21), striploin steak ($38), mushroom soup ($10), and three drinks - lychee and watermelon mojitos at $7 each. For 3 pax, the total came to $99 including service charge.
While the place looks great and the dishes were nicely presented, the food itself was quite average in terms of taste.
Maybe it was just a hit-or-miss visit, as I saw the reviews are generally very positive but based on this experience I’m not convinced I’d return.

I reserved a booking to celebrate my friend's birthday and it was such a splendid experience. Before the day of booking, I called to pre-order a brownie for a surprise birthday celebration. The staff at Chiko Pollo understood the assignment and delivered; a birthday song and even a sparkler on the brownie(tasted heavenly btw).
Besides the successful surprise, the food was amazing. Each dish had a good amount of flavour and was definitely worth the price. I'd highly recommend the Smoked Duck Pizza which had a hint of sambal that helped cut through the grease of the cheese. A few favourites were also the Fried Calamari; so fresh and crispy and the Browned Butter Pasta; so well balanced and savoury. Even the drinks we ordered were so refreshing, complimenting the dishes we ordered.
Besides the food, every on the staff on shift were attentive and welcoming. They even checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our meals. I'll definitely be making another reservation soon.

They food was so nice. I tried the pizza, the dough was soft, perfect amount of cheese and sauce makes it well balanced. The workers were very kind, they were happy to serve us, always having a smile on their face. They also helped to clean up the spilled water without complaining, they even sang my father a birthday song with the happy birthday song playing in the speakers while having a smile on their face. The atmosphere was chill, the music playing at the perfect volume and the design of the place which is mostly brown and have plants as deco makes the place feel peaceful while having a meal. 100% giving 5⭐️

The food we had was great! The steak was nicely cooked and tasted great with just salt, don’t even need the sauce! We ordered truffles fried and the chiko fries too, both were very good! They prepared a cake and sang birthday song for me! The server was attentive and friendly! It was a very pleasant experience, will definitely visit again to try other food!
