3star Michelin that’s worth the hype! 10/10 would recommend this place if you are in town and want to try a fine dining restaurant in the area. Chef used to work in Hong Kong for 5 years so being from Hong Kong, was amazed by how small the world sometimes is. Would definitely come back again if I am ever around the area again!
My partner and I have been lucky enough to dine at a few Michelin restaurants, to include some 3*’s. This is the best meal we’ve ever had in terms of experience, service, and flavors. I would love to highlight Stefano for his hospitality. He was a joy!
I don’t want to spoil the experience, but I will share that the chef’s table booking begins with a small tour of the property that is just amazing. The menu for chef’s table includes three extra dishes, as well as a wine pairing. The wines and food are exquisite! Each bite was delicious and texturally interesting. The wines were complimentary and even included one blind tasting!
The meal ended with an amazing array of desserts. They also sent out a torte for my husband’s birthday. When we left, Stefano gave us a small book of the best restaurants in Italy. This kind gesture was so moving! I’m so grateful for our meal here and we will never forget it! Grazie mille Stefano, Chef, e squadra!

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit on a hot summer night in Verona. The interior is very pleased to the eye and adds to the enjoyment of the menu. We had the “classic” menu, and each course was meticulously balanced yet explosively flavorful. Two special notes: 1. We didn’t felt greasy towards the end of the menu, which is quite rare and says a lot about the “balance”element; 2. Even every piece of dessert was polished in flavor and reflects the amount of thoughts and care given by the chef, who in the end greeted every table. Simply put, there is a genuine sense of seriousness and respect toward the whole dining experience.

We were excited with the prospect of trying the only 3* Michelin restaurant in Verona. The food was creative. We had the creative menu which showcase some of chef’s unique offering. Personally it’s not the best 3* Michelin restaurant we have tasted. It does felt a little underwhelming. Last, I would say the experience didn’t wow us. We left knowing the restaurant could do more.

Dinner and a show. Attention to detail was topmost but the genuine care of the chef and staff was impressive. The private tour of the underground ruins and cellar was a bonus. Oh...did I mention the wonderful wine pairing and food? Delicious and a work of art at the same time. If tasting menus and Michelin stars are your thing, Casa Perbellini 12 Apostoli is a MUST!
