The chicken fried pork chop was one of the best pork chops I’ve ever put in my mouth. And that’s saying something because I was born in the Midwest where pork is king! Amazing drinks and service as well. All our food was fantastic, and the cookie skillet with ice cream was also S-Tier. This place is wonderful!
Service was good, great atmosphere, not to noisy. I had the red wine braised beef short rib, it was delicious. They also make one of the best dirty martinis in town with blue cheese olives! Reservations are recommended.

Wine was very good. Pimento cheese with fried saltines was delish. I had the fried pork chop. It needed a little salt and was too sweet for my taste. I did not care for the polenta. Too much lemon. My husband had the fried chicken which he loved but did not care for the slaw or the polenta.
We will come back and try the burger. The martinis looked amazing.

Amaterra delivers an experience that is on another level. From the moment you walk in, the architecture and atmosphere set the tone — elevated, warm, and intentionally designed. The wine wall alone makes a statement.
The hospitality is exceptional. The team is knowledgeable without being pretentious, attentive without hovering, and clearly passionate about what they do. You feel welcomed and taken care of.
The food is refined yet approachable, beautifully plated, and thoughtfully paired. Every dish complements the wine program, which is world-class. Whether you’re there for a tasting, dinner, or just a cocktail at the bar, the execution is consistent.
It’s the kind of place you bring clients, celebrate milestones, or simply enjoy a well-earned evening out. Amaterra isn’t just a winery or restaurant — it’s a full experience.
Highly recommend.

Amaterra Kitchen is an absolute gem in Bend. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, elevated, and architecturally stunning — the kind of space that invites you to slow down and truly enjoy the experience.
The food was just as beautiful as the surroundings. Every plate arrived like artwork. The beet salad was an absolute delight to my palate — perfectly balanced, fresh, and vibrant. We sampled several starters and were genuinely full before even considering entrées — each one thoughtfully crafted and layered with flavor.
What truly elevated the evening was the staff. They were attentive without hovering, quick yet never rushed, and genuinely warm and friendly. It felt effortless.
If you’re looking for a quiet, refined dining experience with gorgeous presentation and memorable flavors, Amaterra Kitchen absolutely delivers. A must-visit in Bend.
