If you’re heading to STK Aventura, do yourself a favor and ask for Nelson and Vlad. These two are the definition of hospitality done right.
From the moment we sat down, Nelson brought an energy that instantly elevated the whole experience — warm, attentive, and genuinely fun to talk to without ever being intrusive. He knew the menu inside and out, made spot-on recommendations, and timed everything perfectly. You could tell he actually cares about the experience his guests are having, not just turning tables.
Vlad behind the bar? Absolutely on another level. His cocktails were expertly crafted, and he has this rare ability to read what you’re in the mood for before you even fully articulate it. Whether you want something classic or let him get creative, you’re in great hands. His energy keeps the bar lively and welcoming — the kind of bartender you end up staying an extra round for just because the company is that good.
Together, Nelson and Vlad made our night at STK genuinely memorable. The food and atmosphere at STK already set a high bar, but these two took it to a completely different level. We’ll be back — and we’ll be asking for them by name.
10/10 — don’t sleep on this duo.
Nelson, our bartender was amazing. He did a great job. He helped me picking our drinks if I can give 20out of 10 I will give to Nelson our bartender and I went to happy hour. He was great helping us picking up our happy hour menu. We need more bartender like Nelson thank you, Nelson

The food was good. Check out the pictures. The only problem I had was that I couldn't request certain items modified, as they are prepared in the morning as is. Kind of a let down, especially being a high end restaurant. We ordered some tacos and when they arrived, they had mayonnaise. Now, we didn't specify that my son didn't want mayo, nor did we know that it brought any. But when our server noticed my kid did not want it like that, you'd think there would be no problem for her to take initiative and replace em. Nope, nothing. It was just bland service all around.
And my buddy, who joined us later, waited 30 minutes for his food to only later find out that our server didn't put his order in. Again, had she had been attentive, she would have noticed they were taking long with his order.

Came here with a group for the late-night happy hour and had an amazing experience. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the service was outstanding. Will took such good care of us all night and made some fantastic recommendations for both food and drinks. He even created a few special cocktails for our group that were incredible. He was friendly, attentive, and really helped make the night memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

The food was delicious, the meat was juicy and flavorful, and the vegetables were large, but in my opinion, the prices are a bit high! The cocktails are tasty and well-balanced.
The atmosphere was nothing special!
On the downside: the table was dirty, the glass was chipped, and the metal chairs outside were very uncomfortable.
