Starting with the French Onion Soup Gratinée, it set a high bar with its deep, savory broth and perfectly melted cheese crust. The Chicken Liver was wonderfully rich and expertly prepared, a testament to classic technique. However, the true highlight might have been the Pasta with Morel Mushrooms—a dish that celebrated the earthy, unique flavor of the morels with perfectly cooked pasta.
