Went to Wingstop earlier and just wanted to say Ellie L gave some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. She was friendly, patient, and actually made the whole experience better instead of just rushing everyone through. Food came out quick, everything was spot on, and she kept a really positive attitude even when it got busy. Definitely deserves some recognition.
I got served by 2 lovely ladies at the Swansea wingstop, Mayar & Emelia! They were both polite and attentive, made me smile and they were helpful with my order. Food was banging and service was 10/10!! Thanks girlies :)
Great friendly welcome, not been here before, so not sure of the options. Daisy helped me choose my order, advised me of the differences coating options and sauces etc.
The salt and sugar fries were a great revelation. Highly recommended venue for a quick bite to eat.
