Not a very good experience today when I visited your store this afternoon. Normally I'm greeted by lovely staff but today I had a young chap who gave zero customer service. No hello, just asked me if I was paying cash or card, I said card, he pointed to the machine and I paid than he asked me if I wanted a receipt and i said no, he moved the product forward to me I picked it up, no good buy just silence.
Hopefully I'll get my normal lovely service when I return.

Fantastic place. It was my first time at a grape tree.
I went in looking for several things. Jo was super knowledgeable and helpful. She addressed all my questions and I am very happy with everything I got there. 10/10
