We had an amazing dinner tonight! Such a calm and rustic Italian vibe. Bela our server was so nice and helpful. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, amazing quality. We can’t wait to go back!
Several of our friends have been telling us to come here and we only wish we had come sooner. Super straightforward menu with lots of strong points. Variety of pasta dishes need to all be tried to be honest. Don’t miss!

What a wonderful dining experience! We were fortunate enough to get seats at the bar, and from the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome.
The bartender was incredibly kind and, after I asked a question about the menu, she immediately offered to speak with the chef. I never expected Guy, the chef/owner, to come out himself and spend so much time with me, carefully going over the menu, explaining what adjustments could be made, and helping me choose the perfect meal. That level of genuine care and personal attention is something you don't often experience, and it made the evening truly special.
The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and every bite was outstanding. It's clear that Via Cassia is passionate not only about serving exceptional food but also about making every guest feel welcome.
If you're in Hudson, don't miss this gem. We will definitely be back!

This is what going out to dinner should feel like! The owners are absolutely amazing, the food is so delicious that you don’t want it to end! The ingredients are fresh and top notch, everything was seasoned perfectly and didn’t overpower the taste of the delicious ingredients.
The owner is so talented and you taste it in every bite. We were a party of six and were celebrating my birthday, every one of us were blown away at the quality of our meals. They went above and beyond to make it special. The service was top notch and we have found our new favorite restaurant. What an absolute gift to have this fabulous restaurant in the Hudson valley. Looking forward to the next visit, and certainly feeling so grateful for such a special place. Thank you for my gift and making it such a special evening, the best gluten free pasta I’ve ever had.
