Butcher and the Bear was amazing. The food was prepared to perfection. I took my husband for Father's Day. He is a steak connoisseur and after my research, B & B seemed to be the perfect place. He indulged in the T-Bone steak with the garlic butter enhancement and a side of whipped mashed potatoes. My dish of choice was the Rigatoni Pasta. It had a very rich flavor with a hint of spice right at the end. If you're not a spice lover but don't mind a whisper, this dish is for you. To top it off we enjoyed the Biscoff cheesecake, and my oh my. The manager Tony stopped by our table to make sure our experience was enjoyable. During our conversation we found that Sapori (our favorite Italian Restaurant) has the same owner. Now wonder why it was so enjoyable. Oh, I didn't mention my glass of Moscato to sip throughout the night. Thank you B & B for the stellar meal and customer service. We will revisit soon. Until next time. Cheers!!
Natalia, our server, was incredible. She was able to handle our hectic table of 7 with ease. The food was to die for! Some tables are down a set of stairs so make sure to request upstairs if you’re not able to manage that arrangement. Vibes were pristine, 10/10 would recommend. Amazing date spot or family night out, friends in town or just a cheeky night on the town. Prices are worth it!

I went with 2 friends. We were celebrating a birthday. The food was delicious! We had the beet salad, crispy brussel sprouts, whipped potatoes, Nonna's meatball, charred octopus, salmon, the ribeye, carrot cake and the smores baked alsaka. They also served us a complimentary amuse bouche of salmon tartare on a flacky pastry shell. My steak was perfection. The salmon was also very good. The octopus was absolutely delicious. It was my favorite. The service was top notch. The space itself was quite beautiful. I highly recommend. We also had a paloma and a bitter butcher. Drinks were delicious. Our server gave my friend a birthday tequila shot. Actually it looked like a double shot. Go, you'll enjoy the food and drink and you'll really appreciate the wonderful service. We spent over $100 per person but we had quite a few things. It was well worth it.

I had such an amazing experience at Butcher the Bear! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance set the tone, it’s the perfect mix of warm, inviting, and upscale without feeling stuffy. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating an atmosphere where you actually want to sit, relax, and enjoy your time.
The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was flavorful, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care. You can really taste the quality, and it made the whole experience feel worth it from start to finish.
What truly made the visit stand out, though, was the service. Tony, the general manager, is hands down the best. He’s attentive, welcoming, and makes sure everything runs smoothly while still taking the time to connect with guests. That kind of leadership really shows throughout the entire staff.
And I have to mention Murdock, the bartender, he was fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does. The drinks were on point, and he added such a fun, personable touch to the experience.
They also went above and beyond to make my friend’s birthday feel extraordinary, it truly was a remarkable celebration to remember. Those thoughtful touches made the night even more special.
Overall, this place checks all the boxes, great food, amazing ambiance, and top tier service. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable night out. 11/10 always

Man I absolutely love this place. Went here for my birthday dinner for the 1st and it forsure met and exceeded my expectations. When you pull up it honestly don’t even look like it’s open, it’s very discreet and blends in with the street. Once you walk in the atmosphere is very intimate and chill. It’s dark but the tables are very well lit. Service was incredible. The waiter had great recommendations, and even told us a dish that I should probably steer clear from because it’s an acquired taste. I appreciate complete honesty from waiters. I got my steak cooked medium, and it was soooo flavorful and cooked absolutely perfectly. My sister loved her chicken she got. The pasta was good, not as good as the steak and chicken. If you go there forsure get a steak. The beef tallow appetizer with wagyu candle was pretty dope, and so was the meat ball. Cocktails were good. I got a Paloma and was hooked so I only ordered that. But was such a good Paloma. Desserts AMAZING. The biscoff cheesecake was just incredible. Carrot cake is top tier too. Overall 10/10 (my daughter says 11/10 😂) no complaints at all. DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
