This place was disgusting. I worked door Dash and the place seemed under staffed. Not properly trained either. The order to 25 mins to get. When the gentleman gave me the food it was in a bag for doordash transport. It was in two boxes and a small brown bag on top. I had to ask for the bag and the stickers to seal it which is not my job. Took a picture after I bagged it a noticed in the picture a bucket next to if which was perfect to describe this experience. I informed the customer of my experience as well and told him this location is not a place to order food from, it was nasty. If the president of taco bell took a visit I'm sure he/she would be disappointed of the presentation of the product their putting out. I know they wouldn't want to eat their either. My experience at this location was unfortunate ruin from a doordash experience. Hope you guys are able to get this together so the place is running smoother the my experience.
Worst Taco Bell in Greensboro.
I go to Taco Bell sometimes more than once a day. (I recently got a gift card and I have been using it a lot.) I will go in and sit and charge my phone after ordering on the app. Every location I have been to in Greensboro usually has a couple of wall outlets that you can use and is pretty clean. This one failed in every way.
1) I immediately went to the bathroom and there was no soap on the wall and the toilet was in disrepair. No one could have used that bathroom no matter how hard they tried. I had to go back out to my truck and use hand sanitizer before I ate. What are they doing if they aren't cleaning every hour or 2? If you have time to lean you have time to clean! That means the management is terrible here. You have to stay on the workers to do their job!
2) I got my food and went to find a place to sit down but there was none. No outlets for me to charge so I took my food out to the truck. I drank some of my drink and went to go back to refill it and guess what? The drink station didn't work! Not just the Fruit Punch Gatorade but the Mango as well. 0/3 now Taco Bell....
3) I went to my truck to eat & I pull out the potatoes I ordered & they were BLACK. Burned to a crisp hidden under the sour cream. I had to pick through them & throw the bad ones out. You could tell they were also old and dry. Not fresh like the other Taco Bells. That's when I began my review because I don't very often write a review but when every single aspect of a restaurant fails you... There is no excuse for that. This isn't someone having a bad day: this is systemic neglect & laziness from top to bottom from all levels.
How do you even get soda on a toilet seat? Where do the workers wash their hands? Things I really don't want to think about. Avoid this one at all costs. If you want it fixed right, hire me & I will have it the top performing store in 6 months. You have to be willing to fire people on sight & be willing to keep the good ones even if it means $1 extra here or there. When I worked fast food 2 people did the job of 8 people. The new mentality is "more is better" & they pay them more too. It just ends up being crowded in the kitchen & prices go up. The technology should be making it so there are less people in the back not more.

After leaving the drive thru line i noticed they forgot to add a cup of cheese to my bag for the order of chips and cheese. I go in to ask for the cup of cheese and they refused to make another cup and stated that they put it in the bag. After a minute of back and forth, and not getting anywhere with them, I returned the bag of chips and stated that they're pointless without the cup of cheese.

I was the only customer there were 5 employees my only request was no sour cream of course I got sour cream also no bacon or Diablo sauce had to throw away my meal bc I walked a mile to get there the gentleman that helped me was obviously new but very polite and after watchingʻ his interaction w the manager and other staff im n pretty sure he's the only one that cares. The manager was playing around w the rest of the staff pretty sure by the looks of her and her attitude she's just there for the food! I even inquired about a job and she laughed i have 15 years restaurant management experience just new to greensboro taco bell this store is an absolute disaster

horrible service. absolutely terrible service. lady doing serivce as being rude, slow service because it has been an hour since we ordered, and they were prioritizing DoorDash orders. The lady was being rude to us, and she was not responding to us. really bad environment they don’t even deserve a one star do not come to this location we ordered at nine and by 10 PM. We had not received our order even though we asked multiple times.
