This, I think, is the Chick Fil A to go to in Greensboro now. It’s almost 5 stars. A little dirty inside but it’s getting better. It’s way better than the one at Friendly Shopping Center. The service at all the CFA in Greensboro have just never gotten back to what they were before COVID. We had the 30 piece nugget meal. It was very good.
I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A, but this time the experience wasn’t great. The salad was missing ingredients, and some lettuce pieces were wilted and had brown spots. Also, when I asked for something extra, they pointed me to a station instead of bringing it to the table, which is not what I’m used to when dining in at Chick-fil-A

This is so unacceptable. They put a grilled nugget on my egg white grill. This definitely brings down the value of this location for me. I will not be returning. This is horrible. Not the top tier customer service I was expecting either.

Came here with my wife and almost 2 year old for the play place. My daughter really enjoyed it and met some nice kids who helped her get around.
Turns out these nice kids were the kids of a Chick Fil A employee who was super helpful to everyone on the dining area.
This Chick Fil A hires exceptional people who make excellent food, keep the place clean, and make people feel special.

As always, food was delish! However, while waiting in the drive through, the employees seemed to be more preoccupied with one of them wearing a pineapple costume and taking pictures then preparing our food. It was ready and sitting there, but wasn't bagged yet. They also did not put the particular condiments in the bag that I asked for. Will this hinder me from going again??? Heck no! But let's be a little more attentive to our customers please.
