Sometimes when you return to a place you haven’t been to for a few months you realise just how awesome it is.
Sune is one such place. Today we visited for a fantastic Sunday Brunch and tried a few dishes from new chef Fabien. And
All were excellent. Vibrant, loaded with flavour and beautifully presented, this is all that a decent brunch should be.
Service, as it always has been is so friendly and personable. The dining room is lovely, with a great playlist creating a cool vibe.
This is perfect neighbourhood restaurant. We will be back again soon and certainly won’t be leaving it as long next time.
A huge recommendation.
Had a fantastic time here the other night. Standout for me were the crab flatbread and the barbecue quail, and although not massive on desserts I loved the pedro jímenez panna cotta which was not too sweet, packed a boozy punch but somehow also light with the sea salt flakes a perfect touch on top. Service was excellent and despite an issue cooling the wines we were attentively topped up while the rest of the wine was left the chill in the freezer. Enjoyed the atmosphere too, everyone seemed to be having a great time.

Gone up to the top of the list as one of my favourite restaurants. Really good location right on the canal just over from broadway. Excellent food, the steak tartare in particular and the gnocchi was so rich and flavourful. Really nice staff and a good level of busy on a Sunday afternoon. I also loved the South American music they were playing at the time. Highly recommend.

I’ve been here many times and I’m glad to say the food has always been good. The service was amazing as well.
The specials menu makes going to Sune a nice experience so sometimes it’s not so repetitive!
Will bring my family around next time!

The vibe is hipster meets London with a tinge of Williamsburg in Brooklyn. The food and service are anything but, they are welcoming and have a great menu. I highly recommend this place.
