Went here with my girlfriend after she saw it on social media. When we came, around 13:00 on a saturday, it was packed. Luckily there was a spot free to sit and dine-in.
We ordered the tiramisu, pistachio cookie, matcha latte (hot) and matcha lemonade. Drinks were both decent, the matcha latte better than the matcha lemonade.
- The latte has a strong grassy matcha flavour, which I like.
- The lemonade is refreshing, but green.
- The pistachio cookie is very sweet to me, but very filling and contains quality ingredients.
- The tiramisu is really good! Creamy and just the right amount of sweetness. The serving size is good for 2 people.
The vibes are good. It can be quite crowded though. The employees working there are very attentive.
All in all 4/5 stars. The tiramisu stole the show for sure. If you like sweet cookies, this is ur spot.
We stopped by Salvo Bake House for a quick coffee and a couple of pastries. The service was okay, the coffee was good, and the pastries were enjoyable. The madeleine was tasty, but the cheesecake was the real highlight—absolutely delicious.
Overall, we had a nice experience, although I do think the hype around this place is a little bigger than what we experienced. That said, we only tried a small selection, so I’d definitely be happy to come back and sample more of their menu before making up my mind.
the coffee is delicious, the staff are friendly, the vibes are great. I had a good memory that their pistachio tiramisu were delicious a few years back. But today 's croissant with pistachio cream is a sugar overloaded disaster. The cream tastes sugar only without any pistachio flavour, and I had a physical irritation with headache for a couple of hours afterwards. If you like something super sweet, go for it and you will enjoy it. If you prefer something not too sweet, maybe this is not an option for you.
All pastries look scrumptious! I loved the miso caramel cinnamon bun (tasted like a salted caramel drizzle with cream cheese topping), the dough is super fluffy inside! Perfect consistency. The portion was huge! They also have savory sandwiches, cookies, and coffees.
Amazing place with veryyy delicious pastry, everything I tried was fantastic, matcha is good as well, I would probably make it more sweet and creamy. Cookies and cakes are the best! Workers are nice and polite too. I will definitely come back many times. I wish they accepted cash.
