What can I say? It was absolutely delicious, just as expected. The service was excellent, with great attention to detail. The staff were professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. Every dish was fantastic. We especially loved the Sobra sada & Tetilla empanadilla (special dish of the day), which was full of flavour. The rib-eye steak was cooked perfectly, and the stuffed piquillo pepper with braised oxtail was simply divine,it just melted in the mouth. The drinks selection was also impressive. We enjoyed some excellent wines as well as a refreshing white sangria. The meal was very reasonably priced considering how much we ordered, we shared five dishes in total. They also offer us a little sorbet to celebrate our anniverary. It was cute and delicious! Thanks! We'll definitely be back. This time we sat at the counter, so we'd love to return and experience the main dining room while trying more of the menu.

We didn't have a booking as my brother was in London for a quick business trip and was recommended Sabor. They kindly told us to come back in a hour and were able to accommodate us. The hostess was amazingly courteous and kind. We ordered the special mango salad, braised oxtail, octopus and monkfish plus a sublime dessert. The atmosphere was perfect with chilled vibes, food was so delicious and the service went above and beyond. I will definitely be going back.

Honestly, considerably overpriced. Food is good but £125/person is not worth it. More details below: Food: food was good but not exceptional. The croquettes were good, the octopus was alright, the seafood rice was excellent, the suckling pork was good. Service: we sat in the worse table in the restaurant so we were unlikely. The service was just alright. Again, for the price, you'd expect better.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely outstanding—it’s like being in Spain, if not even better. And that’s coming from someone who travels a lot. The flavours are on another level. Chef Joaquín is an absolute star: incredibly friendly, takes the time to chat with guests, and his commitment to quality is remarkable. The atmosphere is amazing too—it genuinely feels like being on holiday. Exceptional food, wonderful service, and an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.

Sabor truly pushes above and beyond its reputation as it pioneers its own interpretation of tapas. I truly had one of the best takes on courgettes here (previous experiences include Sketch, Heston, Ramsey). After the experience, you understand the rustic yet inventive take they are doing in Spanish cuisine. Most of all, Maria took care of me extremely well this evening and was always sure to check-in on the experience. Great minds in the kitchen and a great service crew, I was blown away
