We had the most amazing afternoon tea at the Rosewood for our wedding. The team were absolutely brilliant, right from the planning stage – even though it was a really small family affair, they never made us feel like our wedding day was anything less than top priority.
When the day arrived, everything was set up perfectly and as soon as I walked through the door, I knew I could just relax and enjoy myself. And I was right! The food and drink were impeccable; the service was exceptional (the staff even went out of their way to entertain our niece and nephews with soft toys!); and we all had the most fantastic, memorable time.
We had booked a room for ourselves overnight, too, and the suite, room service, and breakfast the next day were also fabulous. Thank you so much to Ellie and the entire Rosewood team for making our wedding so special.
I flew in from the US for a movie premiere and I knew this was the hotel I needed to stay at for sure! My expectations were exceeded staying here for the week. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, they made me feel right at home! Food was great (ordered room service more than I can count). The restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast. The hotel is immaculate and very picturesque. Location is fantastic, walking distance from of restaurants, coffee shops and stores. You can't go wrong staying at the Rosewood!

However, the breakfast in the Mirror Room is outstanding. While it comes at a higher price point, the quality and service are world-class and well worth the upgrade for a special morning experience.

Scarfes Bar is a destination in its own right and a primary reason to stay here. From the moment we arrived, every detail for our children was thoughtfully prepared: the plush toys, coloring books, little slippers… these small touches truly make the difference and reflect the level of excellence and care that defines Rosewood.
A big thank you as well to the team at Holborn Dining Room for breakfast. The service was impeccable, attentive, efficient, and genuinely warm throughout our stay.
A special mention to the young brunette hostess at the entrance of Holborn Dining Room for breakfast, who made us feel extremely welcome and shared great recommendations, including the Citymapper app, which made getting around so much easier.

You will never find better service than at this hotel! I have worked in hospitality now for 21 years, and I have never experienced such an exceptional team! Sometimes when you are in hospitality, you expect a certain level of service, and can be easily disappointed when it doesn't meet your expectations ( a blessing and a curse!). However, every single person at the hotel made us feel valued and gave us a unique, personalized, tailored experience that went above and beyond my expectations.
From Huyen Davis (Sales) to Emmanuele (Hotel Manager), to the lively, warm and funny Scottish waiter in Scarfs Bar (sorry I didnt catch his name, but he is half Irish from Dingle if that helps ) was exceptional, the hotel is very lucky to have him and his wonderful personality. We had great fun chatting with him!
Lori at the front desk gave us the warmest and most welcoming arrival experience and Nikol for the departure was so pleasant.
Issai at Concierge really did us a solid and reserved us for cocktails in Gordan Ramsey's new Bishop Gate ( with window seats, thank you! ) when it was all booked out online - what an experience!
Emmanuele was the most pleasant, welcoming hotel manager I have ever met. He gave me a wonderful site tour of the hotel and space. He takes pride in his career, and it really does show. I wish I could remember everyone's name, but from the bell staff to the breakfast and dinner waiters, everyone was incredible.Thank you!
This hotel understands what it means to give 5 Star Service and all take pride in their jobs which show. They understand guests reason for their trip and what anticipates what needs will be to be able to tailor a unique experience for each individual. Hands down one of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed at!
