Delicious Food, Stunning Presentation, and Amazing Service!
The Vibe & Service
From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere sets the stage for a wonderful evening, but it’s the staff that truly makes the experience memorable. Our waiter, Cyrus, was absolutely spectacular. He went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely cared for and appreciated throughout the entire meal. Exceptional service like that is rare and made the night feel incredibly special.
The Food
The culinary team is firing on all cylinders. Every dish was delicious, but the salmon was the absolute standout of the night. Not only was it cooked to perfection, but the presentation was stunning—a true feast for both the eyes and the palate.
The Verdict: Incredible food, beautiful presentation, and world-class hospitality from Cyrus. Pacci is a must-visit in Savannah!
Overall experience was very good, our waiter “Tyson” was wonderful and very high on hospitality scale. Service was slow and took a good 5 minutes standing awkwardly at the door to be seated for a reservation made prior. The restaurant and bar were not busy so unclear of why stations weren’t being covered. Food was very good but maybe not for the price?
Very cute place! Went for my friend's birthday, dessert was very yummy. However, the chicken Parmesan was by no means a chicken Parmesan. It was a fried chicken breast with no breading. Very disappointing for $35. I will say the pasta was rather good, but the sauce was a bit confusing. Reminiscent of a wine sauce rather than a tomato sauce.
Fantastic restaurant located in the fabulous Kimpton Brice Hotel. Dog friendly which is so nice when you’re on vacation I don’t have to worry about my dog freaking out if I leave him. Great food, great service and we had a fantastic dining experience
It's hard to call this place a restaurant, because there is only an interior from the restaurant. I can definitely tell you if you want to eat and not to forget about you, you are definitely not here. Asparagus probably from last year - found in the freezer 😂, when I asked for bread, we searched for a long time in breadcrumbs when my fish was already cold, the asparagus died right on the plate 🙈. The restaurant, as I understand it, is at the hotel, it's good that I didn't stay there - I'm afraid to imagine their service together 😂
