A bit outside the city center, this place feels like a true hidden gem and definitely worth the short trip. The space is intimate and beautifully designed, with an open kitchen at the entrance and a few cozy dining rooms that create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
You can really sense the attention to detail—not only in the food, but in the overall experience, from the orchids on the tables to the thoughtful explanations of the ingredients and techniques.
We chose the short tasting menu (5 dishes, around €75), which offered excellent value for money. The cuisine is seasonal, with influences from French, Japanese, and even some Nordic touches.
Overall, it’s a refined yet welcoming dining experience, full of creativity and personality. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something a bit different from the usual spots in Madrid.
Simply amazing.
Alcohol pairing was well curated by the sommelier. The service was attentive even though their English is not perfect and i do not expect a restaurant in Spain to explain in English, but they put in the effort for it.
The food was amazing. Technique and playfulness were clearly on display. Everything was delectable. Would return and dine again.

We went to OSA in Madrid for my birthday on October 11, 2025, and it remains one of the best experiences we’ve had at a Michelin-starred restaurant.
The service was absolutely impeccable — professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. For one evening, we truly felt like part of the OSA family. We had the opportunity to connect with passionate hospitality professionals, which made the experience even more meaningful and memorable.
On the culinary side, we discovered extraordinary wines and minimalist dishes that were precise and straight to the point — a refined culinary sensibility that I particularly appreciate. A special mention as well for the house-made charcuterie selection, which was excellent.
And above all, the dessert was unforgettable: a scoop of blue cheese ice cream and another of chocolate — bold, perfectly executed, and truly memorable.
Thank you again for the warm welcome and this outstanding experience. We will definitely return as soon as we have the opportunity.

A gem in Madrid! A best-in-class and extremely welcoming team supporting the talent of both chefs and the quality of the ingredients. We had a fantastic time at Osa!

Truly one of the premier dining spots in Madrid and mercifully away from the tourist centre on a quiet tree-lined residential street. Step inside to the handful of tables to be greeted by attentive and elegant staff. The kitchen is truly an egalitarian enterprise and the dishes are beautiful from look to taste. Nacho the sommelier is truly a modern day Bacchus! I had the privilege of being seated in the patio with view to the kitchen to make the most of the early summer air. I felt transported to an ethereal realm at OSA.
