We absolutely loved our experience at Dessa. We visited for lunch, and from the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Every course was beautifully presented and full of flavor, making for a truly memorable dining experience.
One of our favorite details was the bread it was so good that they sent us home with an entire baguette to bake whenever we were ready to enjoy it. It was such a thoughtful touch and perfectly reflected the level of hospitality we experienced throughout the meal.
We highly recommend Dessa and would gladly return on our next visit to Madrid!
It was a spectacular experience in every way: food, drinks, service and atmosphere. Everything went very well.

Dinner at Deesa is honestly quite difficult to capture in just a few words, it was such an experience!
The food was sensational, every bite felt like a little moment of heaven, layered with so many flavours that made me completely change the way I saw the chef by the end of the evening. Each dish was a true wonder, a little work of art, not just beautifully presented, but true artistry on a plate that made us reflect: how did they do this?!

I went to Deessa on my own to delebrate my birthday and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was great (specially the lady who brought the majority of my dishes - I unfortunately dont recall her name but she was so very knowledgeable it made all the difference for my experience). No need to say the food was outstanding; so tasty and beautifully presented. Finally, the interior of the restaurant left me in awe. Very much recommend!!
