I’m not sure if I’ve ever stayed anywhere that was as perfectly on point as the Rittenhouse hotel. The exceptional service from the valet, to the bell, lead us to Jen at the front desk. In our conversation, Jen found it to be my partner’s birthday. She found this out by asking all the right questions, what we needed help with, etc. As you may know this was a breath of fresh air from a usual “Hotel Welcome””Hi Drivers license and credit card please.” It didn’t stop there. When we arrived to our amazing and upgraded room, 1 minute later Jen showed up with our luggage that she personally carried to our room becuase she felt 30 Seconds might be too much of a delay without our luggage because the others were busy. Later that night, she gave us a soft pretzel package and an even a hand written birthday card. I must let you know that we have never met Jen before in our life, before that 30 second interaction. What she did cost no money and was so genuinely unexpected. The next morning we went to the spa, and the front desk was amazing, gave us two guest passes, and porter was fantastic. The staff created a new customer for life.

We have had the pleasure of staying at the hotel as well as utilizing the spa and salon services on multiple occasions, and every visit has reinforced why The Rittenhouse stands apart when it comes to luxury, hospitality, and attention to detail. The hotel itself is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and exceptionally clean. From the moment you arrive, there is a level of warmth and professionalism that makes you feel genuinely welcomed rather than simply like another guest. The accommodations are elegant and comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the property is evident. The Spa & Club and salon are equally outstanding. The environment is pristine, relaxing, and beautifully maintained, and the stylists and staff are incredibly knowledgeable while still being approachable and personable. They take the time to listen, offer thoughtful recommendations, and make you feel completely comfortable and cared for. The quality of the services has always been exceptional. One of the things that has impressed us most is the leadership and personal presence of Director Nicholas Cinalli. Nicholas is consistently visible, engaged, and interacting with guests and staff. He has a wonderful ability to make people feel personally welcomed and valued, and it is clear that the level of hospitality throughout the spa and salon is a reflection of that leadership. That kind of hands-on, genuine presence is rare and makes an already luxurious experience feel even more personal. Across the hotel, spa, and salon, the hospitality is simply fantastic. Every interaction feels polished without ever feeling stuffy or impersonal. The staff manages to create an atmosphere that is luxurious, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming all at once. Whether staying overnight, enjoying a spa day, or visiting the salon, The Rittenhouse continues to be a place we look forward to returning to. The combination of exceptional service, cleanliness, knowledgeable staff, beautiful surroundings, and truly personal hospitality makes it an easy five-star experience for us. Highly recommend!

Great one night weekend escape. Filled to the brim with luxury. Facial at spa. Sauna and steam room after gym workout and semi private exercise session with trainer (due to no one else joining). Great room with wonderful view over the park. Friendly and helpful staff and lovely breakfast at LaCroix.

Had an excellent stay at The Rittenhouse Hotel. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and located in a perfect area of the city. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, making it easy to relax. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, a luxurious experience with outstanding service. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again
