Love the pizzas there! Tried their vegetarian Pizza Love and it was so good. The base of their pizzas are SO FRESH, soft and airy. People who usually dont like eating the crusts, WILL EAT CRUST.
Environment is super jazzy, vibrant, colourful and even the floor feels like a small town Italy. Plenty of space, 2 floors, good number of seats!
Prices are okay as well not over priced at all.
My experience at Pizza Pilgrims Edinburgh was exceptional. The food was delicious 🍕, the service was highly efficient and Viggy made our meal special. Atmosphere was great with a Naples themed interior. Maybe one suggesstion is to play more Italian songs instead of classic american pop. I recommend this establishment for a satisfying dining experience. ✨💯
Very expensive for what you get. £17 (!!) for a rather small double pepperoni and hot honey pizza. £9 for 6 maybe 1 inch squared mozzarella bites. Two people sharing were both hungry upon leaving having spent £40 (we each got a soft drink). The pizza had little flavor and what flavor it did have was dominated by the hot honey. The mozzarella bites were mid at best. The most flavorful thing was the garlic and herb dip. The decor was fun, it had a family feel and you can see the pizza oven at the front of the resturant which is cool. The staff were all nice - we were accommodated as walk-ins on a busy evening and weren't made to feel like a hassle. For some reason a young couple were given a free dessert by the server for "being nice" to him. Strange? 12.5% service charge is added as standard and the staff member didn't ask us if we wanted to keep or remove this - I personally find this a scummy way to operate. Disappointing experience overall, we won't be back.
What a fun and welcoming establishment! We were visiting from out of the country and happened upon this lovely pizza restaurant. Not only was the food fabulous the story behind it was so interesting! We had a wonderful waiter, Piggy, that went above and beyond to make ours and many other patrons visit memorable! If you are ever in Edinburgh you have to stop in and enjoy great food and people!
Service was great, food amazing, we had the pepperoni pizza, cacio e pepe balls and the tiramisu was particularly delicious. Cocktails were great! Great amount of options for anyone who can’t have tomato, would definitely come again!
