We were looking for a birthday cake and weren’t sure where to buy one, but we’re so glad we chose Millie’s! I would like to share my recent experience at your shop. I asked for a cookies shake, but the staff member, Krishana, informed me that it was not available at that time because the blender machine was not working.
However, shortly after leaving the shop, I remained nearby and observed another customer being served a cookies shake within approximately 15 minutes. This situation was confusing and disappointing, as it appeared that incorrect information was given to me.
Additionally, I found the staff member’s behaviour to be unprofessional and discourteous. Good customer service is very important, and I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Ekta and Navya were amazing!! I had 10 mins before my train to get a birthday cookie for my son and they iced both quickly and beautifully. Huge thank you for making his day!

I accidentally ordered a Too Good To Go bag from another store but thought it was from here, so I came to collect it. When I arrived, the lady told me it was too early, and I explained that the app showed this time and that I live quite far away. She was incredibly friendly and kind and still decided to prepare the order for me.
When she checked the order number, she realised it was actually from a different store, but she kindly explained everything and even guided me on how to get there.
If the store manager sees this, please give the lady working the night shift around 7:15pm today a raise! Her kindness and professionalism really made my day.
