Phenomenal experience at Chambers! Our bartender Philip was so kind and knowledgeable about the menu, the sommeliers John-Paul and Daniel gave us excellent recommendations. Food was incredible! Highly recommend the scallop crudo and veal sweet breads. The tile fish was divine, desserts were beyond delicious. I truly don’t think there is a wrong choice on the menu. Cannot say enough good things about our whole experience, top to bottom it was such a treat!
Chambers is one of those rare places that gets everything right — every single time.
The space is just incredibly pleasant: great energy, perfect music level, beautifully lit without being too dark or too bright. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel good.
The wine list alone is worth the visit — incredibly sharp, deep, and very well priced. And the team really knows what they’re doing. Pascaline is outstanding, and even when she’s not there, the sommeliers are consistently excellent. Jared and the team run this place flawlessly.
The food is just as impressive. The menu is short but extremely well thought out, with great products and a real sense of creativity. There are a few staples you can always rely on (the chicken, the cavatelli, the mascarpone millefeuille), but I usually try something new every time — and it’s always a win.
Honestly, there’s nothing to criticize. Food, wine, atmosphere, service — it’s just a perfect restaurant. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful moment at Chambers. One of our best among all the restaurants we did. The food is simple but extremely effective and perfectly executed. The wine experience is outstanding, and that's what makes the whole thing so great. The work of Pascaline Lepeltier, the wine list, the advices and the attentiveness of the team throughout the meal, very professional. We'll never forget it. Thank you !

Solo dinner at the bar, and honestly one of the easiest recommendations I've made in a while — you step off the Chambers St station and you're basically there. Chambers is unapologetically wine-forward: a thick binder of special pours, low lighting, marble bar, and bartenders who actually want to talk about what's in your glass. For my DC people, picture Reveler's Hour's wine program merged with Rye Bunny's kitchen and you're close. It's the kind of room where dining alone at the bar feels like the correct way to do it, not the consolation prize.
The food holds its own against the wine list. Veal sweetbreads with Tokyo turnips and garlic chives were the standout — that soft, bouncy sweetbread texture against the crisp snap of turnip, with freshly ground black pepper doing quiet work against the gaminess. I asked for a pairing and got a Central California chardonnay blend with chenin in it, a smart, slightly nerdy pour. The Berkshire pork loin with kohlrabi, fennel, and mustard came next, matched with an Alsatian blend from Binner whose high acidity cut straight through the fattiness of the pork. These are pairings that feel thought through, not recited.
Ended on a pavlova with apricots — light, tangy, very summery — and treated myself to a glass of 2016 Dolcetto d'Alba from Rivella Serafino, a tiny Barbaresco grower whose serious, small-production nebbiolo has a cult following; getting their Dolcetto by the glass tells you everything about how this list is built. Chambers is what a neighborhood wine restaurant should be: real cooking, a deep and personal wine program, and a bar seat that treats solo diners like regulars. I'll be back next time I'm in Tribeca.

Chambers is always a good idea. The wine list is consistently stellar, and every dish we ordered was excellent. The sea bass was cooked perfectly, and the eggplant Parm had a great balance of sweetness and acidity from the golden cherry tomatoes.
Don’t sleep on dessert! The blueberry cornmeal cake with corn ice cream was beautifully done and a lovely celebration of summer’s best ingredients.
