I was trying to use the washroom and the worker pulled me away. Physically pulled me away. I guess people who work here don’t know how to use their words. But if you like your personal space being violated then go visit this shitty place by all means
One of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The food was exactly what you’d expect from McDonald’s, but the service was beyond embarrassing. Instead of helping a customer, the cashier chose to publicly lecture and humiliate me over a payment issue caused by a malfunctioning self-order kiosk. No apology. No professionalism. Just arrogance and an attitude that suggested customers are the problem.
If treating people with basic respect is too much to ask, perhaps customer service isn’t the right job. Outstanding achievement in customer service… if the goal is making sure customers never return.
First of all, the self-order machine fails, yet somehow the customer becomes the one who deserves to be lectured in front of everyone. The cashier managed to turn a simple payment issue into an unnecessarily rude performance, then acted as if she had done nothing wrong.
There are plenty of McDonald’s in Rome. Do yourself a favor and choose literally any other one.
A regular McD with usual food options on single and combos. Place was cleaned. Staff was friendly. Italian and english friendly. All self-ordering stations worked, some were missing printing paper for receipts but had no problems at picking up the food. Desserts (cake and similar) are at a separate counter for pickup and the wait can be longer than after getting your food. Available dining area though limited.
Ordered a big mac but got only 1 layer? And even though our order was ready to take, we didn't hear the number and the screen was broken, when we asked the employee and POINT TO THE NUMBER ON OUR BILL he repeatedly shook his head and refused to help. Terrible service.
