There's fairly fast service here for this drive thru KFC, better than its neighbouring McDonald's anyhow. My only complaint is that I often have missing items which is obviously really annoying if you don't check before leaving. Also ordered on Uber Eats from here and again often missing items ranging from paid for sauces to whole meals... if ordered on Uber Eats I get my money back but on the few occasions I've not checked my order before driving off I've had to take the loss. It hasn't deterred me from returning though so jokes on me I guess.

"Really impressed with this branch! The chicken was fresh, hot, and actually crispy. The staff were super efficient and friendly. Also The dining area was clean and well-maintained. Easily one of the best KFCs I've been to recently."

I am deaf, and I found the way I was treated completely unacceptable. I felt ignored and unfairly treated because of my disability. The lack of communication was very disappointing, and I felt upset and hurt by how I was treated. I waited for my food for over 25 minutes, but nobody informed me about the delay or checked on my order. During that time, other customers received their food while I was still waiting with no explanation. I eventually decided to order from KFC instead. I waited here for a maximum of 25 minutes, and despite seeing other people get their food, mine never arrived. No one told me what was happening, and I felt completely ignored. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I expected better communication and more consideration, especially as a deaf customer.

Really happy with my delivery order from KFC Deptford. The food arrived piping hot, the Zinger burger was fresh and flavorful, and the fries were great. Fast service and great quality overall! 👌

I stopped by here recently, and I was genuinely impressed. The service was quick and friendly my order was taken and ready within minutes, yet everything tasted freshly made. The staff were polite and attentive, making sure everything was right with my order. This place was also clean and well organized, with plenty of seating and a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Overall, it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while. Great food, good service, and excellent value I’ll definitely be coming back!
