Absolutely awful experience at this location. I placed an order for 2 Hunter Club sandwiches using a BOGO coupon that I was sent via email. When I arrived to pick up my order the employees were very rude and essentially demanded a tip, then made fun of me for using a coupon and not tipping as if I was not even there when I did not offer one. I had to stand there and listen to them joking and laughing about me from not more than 3 feet away while I waited patiently for my change. Eventually one looked back at me and said "Oh, you wanted your change?" and finally gave it to me.
I submitted feedback through the feedback form that they email you after an order, and was actually contacted my the District Manager for that location, Alan Hamilton, who seemed to care about the issue and be very apologetic and showed a desired to "make it right" as he said repeatedly. Well, after calling me the wrong name in an email, then ignoring my next email for over a week, he finally replied apologizing once again, told me that my descriptions of the employees involved did not match any current employees on the roster (despite knowing the exact date and time I was there and can easily confirm the employees based on that), and told me to let him know how my next visit to that location goes. I definitely will not be going back to that location. Customer service all the way from the top to the bottom is awful.

Man when I tell you it took a lot for me to come write a review, but the fact that I’m going to a store almost all the time when I need lunch and get treated like I’m unwanted or unwelcome then my food is being made terribly. This guy the manager was minding his own business and literally it’s not even busy in the store. The guy that usually helps me out that makes my food correctly. Was originally making my food then Kenny for some reason came and took over and just destroyed My sandwich made it real sloppy and I don’t know why he did that every time I go into the store he has this angry look on his face as if I either made him mad or he just doesn’t want to be there. It sucks to even feel like that I’ve been coming to Jimmy Johns as a kid and an employee told me it was the employee Kenny, but it was actually the manager

Jimmy John's is a great place to stop if you want a fast sub on a lunch break. They're unreal quick. Every time I've been there in the time it takes me to pay for my sub, and walk to the receiving window, the sub is already wrapped and waiting for me. They ask if you want it in a bag, and I always say yes, since I take it back to work with me. In and out in less than five minutes. My favorite sub is #7. They deliver as well, which is great if you can't get out to go pick up the food. As yet I have not thought of a single complaint. Decently sized subs. I personally always split it into two meals.
