I ordered wings and fries, but what a disappointment! The wings were very toasted and bland; they should at least add salt. The fries were awful. I won't be buying from here again! The place looked very nice, but what good is a nice place if the food is bad?

I wanted to share a small but very special moment from our visit. My 5-year-old accidentally spilled her juice on the floor and felt so bad that she thought she had caused trouble for the waiter. She took it to heart and couldn't fully enjoy her food afterward.
But our waiter was incredibly sweet and kind. I don't know his name, it was Tuesday evening, and I'm sorry I didn't ask; but I hope he recognizes himself when he reads this review and sees the pictures. After we told him that my little one was feeling bad and was sorry, he came over to reassure her that everything was okay. He even brought her a scoop of ice cream beautifully made to look like a little girl with a smiley face. 🥹❤️ Omg, it was such a sweet gesture! We loved our experience even more because of his kindness. The food is good, but these little acts of kindness are what make a restaurant visit truly special and memorable. Thank you so much to our wonderful waiter! ❤️
As always, BWW's New "Golden Fire', "Parmesan Chicken", and "Thai Curry" are some of our favorites. I also loved my "Salted Caramel Irish" drink it was so good! We enjoyed the chicken burger, wrap, wings, and drinks. Overall, we had a great time with delicious food and excellent service.

This is the best Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. The sports are always playing. Service is quick. Bartender and servers are friendly & on point. They do their best to keep up with volume.
Food predictable and portions are ok. Prices my opinion a little high(my opinion for pub food & typical for a chain)
The only downside to our vist & sitting at the bar- everything including the menus sticky bar top from beers and drinks. I can only guess and this is just my opinion something they clean with isnt working.
Try to avoid this spot on a weekend-weekdays are best if you choose here .

Just. . . Disappointing. Unfriendly staff, they seem snobby. My server was fine thankfully but the vibes in there are just off. Food came out in decent time and tasted good. That’s the only positive. From the hosts to the servers …not great.

If you have a mass state ID they do not allow that, im a 32 or old male with a beard they said it wasn't allowed because its not in there official ID book. Which is straight bull shit I took my talents to the casino which allowed my ID had a rum and coke. I will never go back
