We dropped in for breakfast. Partner says great coffee! Had avocado toast and corned beef hash. So tasty!! Had some deeee-lish pickled red onions on top. Reasonable pricing. Beautiful staff that was very attentive. Seems also like a great rendition of an Irish pub right on the beach and near many of the Hermosa motels. Can't go wrong here!! Tie one on and dont have too far to crawl. Weeeee
The food was great! Best grilled cheese ever. My husband loved the fish and chips. The french fries taste like they are made freshly in house. Great views of the beach and people watching. We were allowed to have our dog on the patio! Lots of TVs to watch football games and great drink menu.
We had an excellent time at Hennessey's. Brooke was our server and she was very attentive and super patient answering all our questions. We were very impressed. Our party of 5 had the French fry sampler, a mushroom burger, 2 BBQ brisket sandwiches, fish and chips and the Prime Dip. We really liked everything. The fries were quite greasy but they tasted ok.
We sat outside in the patio area which is wheelchair and dog friendly.
We enjoyed the pier and walking on the Strand afterwards with our puppy. It was a perfectly lovely afternoon and we'd do it again but we wouldn't order the French fry sampler next time.
What a beautiful restaurant with spectacular views! Came in on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch and was seated right away on the upper floor for those views of the beautiful blue ocean. Sarah was our server and she took excellent care of us. Cute little bar on the third floor as well as the first floor. A lot of seating choices everywhere in the restaurant. My skinny margarita was nice and cold and refreshing and made perfectly.
I had to order the two timin’ Tuesday’s with the buy one burger and get one free. They’ve got some very unique delicious burgers. I enjoyed the Irishman and the Frisco burger, and they were both perfectly cooked & served medium, and with all the toppings and sauces were very satisfying and flavorful. French fries were nicely crispy, and plenty of them. Prices are average. I highly recommend this establishment. Hope to be back soon!
Amazing place right at the beach good quality food. The service is a bit slow but agreeable. Established in 1976 display seems to have some Irish delicacies.
