HB’s Sunday brunch is an absolute gem. The experience is unhurried and luxurious, from the welcoming glass of perfectly chilled Laurent Perrier Champagne to the beautifully prepared seafood crudo platter. The staff’s attention to detail is truly impressive; our servers, Elena, Isabella, Jay and Jeanette were fabulous, combining genuine warmth with impeccable hospitality. Elena went above and beyond for us to make sure we were pleased with every detail of the excellent brunch. She’s an absolute treasure. If you are looking for an elegant and delicious seaside brunch in the Naples/Bonita Springs area, this is the place to be!"
Update (see restaurant response below):
I tried contacting Michael at the number provided. It was busy half the time with no ability to leave a message. When I did get through the first time, it was not a direct line or even a number for the restaurant, but the general hotel number. They did not know who he was or have a way to connect me with him. The second time I tried, the person took a message for him (I provided my number) and gave me his email. I sent him and email and have not heard anything from him - it has been weeks now.
The Atmosphere & Decor
The recent updates to HB’s are a success. The upgraded decor is elegant and modern, perfectly complementing the unbeatable beach view. It remains one of the best spots in Naples to enjoy a meal right on the water.
The Food
The culinary experience was a bit of a mixed bag.
* The Hits: The Chicken BLT was standout—very flavorful and well-executed.
* The Misses: The Tuna Carpaccio was good, though it didn’t quite reach the heights of others I’ve had at similar price points.
* The "Jimmy P’s" Value Gap: As a local, I was surprised to see the Jimmy P’s Smash Burger featured prominently by name on the menu. While it is a quality burger, HB’s price point of $28—compared to $16.50 at Jimmy P’s own establishment—felt excessive. I expect a premium for the Four Seasons location and view, but a nearly 70% markup for an outsourced brand name felt more like a "tourist tax" than added value.
The Service
Unfortunately, the service did not match the Four Seasons reputation. Our experience was quite slow and disorganized. Our waitress completely forgot our appetizer, and we had to ask twice for our drinks before they finally arrived. For a luxury resort environment, one expects a much more attentive and seamless dining flow.
The Verdict
Go for the view and the refreshed ambiance, but be prepared for a disconnect between the high price tags and the level of service provided. I hope to see the management address the service pacing to match the beautiful new surroundings.
Four Seasons HB in Naples delivers an experience that is nothing short of spectacular. The hotel itself is stunning, and dining right on the beach at sunset creates a coastal atmosphere that feels both relaxed and elevated.
Our server, Helena, was outstanding. She struck the perfect balance of professionalism and approachability, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout the meal. The food was exceptional, starting with the tuna appetizer, followed by a phenomenal wagyu steak and a shrimp curry that was extremely flavorful, probably the best dish of its kind I have had in Naples. Overall, this was truly one of my best restaurant experiences in town.
After dinner, we stopped by The Merchant Bar for a tequila old fashioned and a chamomile tea. Dennis welcomed us with enthusiasm and delivered service that matched the standard set at dinner. Even the valet team stood out, they were professional, helpful, and kind.
This is an incredible addition to the Naples dining scene. Well done to the entire Four Seasons team, especially considering this level of excellence only one week after opening.
What a fabulous experience for lunch. The grouper sandwich was perfect and would love to get it w everyday if possible. The atmosphere is phenomenal and makes you feel like you are in another country along a beautiful coastline.
Glorious views of the Gulf sunset set the tone at this Four Seasons restaurant. We started with the yellow corn soup as an appetizer, followed by the grouper and shrimp curry as our main entrees. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the views absolutely stunning.
