When I was in the store the other day, there was a trainee on the register. The other gentleman was doing lotto and working the store. He was doing double duty. The service was slow and of course the trainee is not aware of what the prices are supposed to be. I believe the next time someone is training there should be someone available to assist customers when necessary and not have them waiting too long.
